Apartment is located on the main street and in the evening and night is very loud, closed windows don't help, they are not soundproof. if you are light sleeper - no chance you will rest. Terrace area is all very open, there is no shade.

Very spacious apartment, great sea view, only few steps from the beach. Kitchen well equipped. Key from the apartment was in the lockbox. Host arranged us taxi from & to the airport. All very smooth.

The location is the center of town. Beach, shops, resto anyway... that's the center. The flat is big, the beds are great, and the balconies are great, including all u need for a great stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the price is very attractive.

The whole apartment was great. Everything you could possibly need was there. The views are fantastic, and the location is perfect for the beach or bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfy, and the linen was immaculate. We will most definitely be back again.

Right in the heart of everything & an apartment with everything you could wish for.Even a hot tub & a table tennis table.Car parking space also provided.Lots of space on the balcony which surrounds the whole apartment.One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.

Amazing facilities, it had everything! Lovely to have the hot tub ready for use day and night. Balcony at the front for the sunrise and the back for the sunset. Loads of space. Two minutes down to the boardwalk and the beach. Fantastic Rocas restaurant around the corner, but Kitchen had all utensils and it was easy to eat in. Covered parking worked fine. It may have been rather rundown and in need of an upgrade, but you can’t fault it for the price and the facilities!

It needs a little renovation.

Excellent location of the apartment. Private parking with easy access. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Each room has its own bathroom. The terrace is incredible (I attach photos)! Communication with the owner is extremely easy. We were a group of 6 people and felt very comfortable. Upon check-in, we had water in the dispenser, ice in the fridge, they had thought of everything. Thank you for your professional attitude. I highly recommend.

Wi fi a bit weak in certain areas of apt ,could not get terrestrial tv channels. Sliding glass doors to patio a bit fiddly to open . No instructions for hot tub , so didn’t know if It was working or not.

the winter in Protaras is a little bit quiet life :) bars and restaurants on vacations :) so this place is great for relaxing!

Everything was great! Perfecfly equipped with everything you might possible need. Very spacious, super clean, all instructions provided in a form of helpful short movies on tablet. Private jacuzzi made our day! This was the best apartment we have ever stayed at. It is the kind of flat you might instantly move in. The host is also very friendly. Thank you!

Hot tub smelt stale, didn’t expect it to be above a shop on the strip. It could be noisy in season.
