There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of this property is fantastic. Downstairs is not only the beach, but several places to grab an early morning or late-night bite. The staff was very helpful and got us into our accommodation immediately upon arrival. You will see that this property doesn't have designated parking. Don't let that deter you from staying here. There is plenty of parking in the area. We were in a side view unit, and the view was great. Highly recommend.

The mattress was not comfortable and blankets a little bit dirty. The apartment was not cleaned but they only changed the towels and remove the trash. They put only soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Not enough electric plugs

The location is perfect in the center near Finikoudes beach and a lot of restaurants down the street. It is 5 mn walk to Larnaca central station to take the bus within Larnaca and 2 mn walk to bus stop for outside Larnaca . Apartment have all kitchen appliances. Nice view from the balcony.l for the sunrise. The Air condition was very cold which was good in hot weather.

The negative aspect of this hotel is the staff: very unwelcoming, especially the one at the reception, who is unwelcoming, does not greet, does not smile (except for the young boy, who turned out to be the kindest). Otherwise, all the receptionists seem very cold and unwelcoming.

As it appears in the description, the hotel is located on the seafront, surrounded by many bars, terraces, restaurants, shops. Basically, you are in the middle of the resort. I had a room with a sea view and you can really see the sunrise from the balcony, which is absolutely wonderful. The room is relatively small, but fine for one/two people, with decent furniture, but without the pretensions of a 4* hotel. The air conditioning works very well, a savior for the heat outside. The room is cleaned daily, not extraordinary, but satisfactory. The breakfast is satisfactory, the same every day, decent without great pretensions. The hotel is located on the fine sandy beach, Finikoudes, a public beach, with very good prices (two sun loungers and an umbrella cost 7.5 Euros).

Road access to the hotel and parking were difficult. Also, we didn't receive the triple rooms that we booked, but we were put in an apartment building around the corner. We ended up with more room, which was nice. I wish the situation had been explained before we arrived though.

The location was amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

Very close to the Finikoudes Beach. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was rich breakfast included. The hotel provided us with towels for the beach.

They say that it has a parking but when we arrived they told us that it was full. So we ended up paying a lot of money to a parking spot near the hotel to carry our luggages.

The location. Exactly opposite the beach. It was ok in general. They have 2 buildings and the one that we stayed needs renovation.
