I booked a Deluxe Studio, the photos that were shown when I booked definitely was not what I got. The staff were not so friendly I travelled to Rome and Athens this trip, and I found the staff so friendly there compared to here. My room felt like it had not been used for some time, and this place is call Les Palmiers and luxury apartments tryst me the apartment we had i would not even rate it. The sheets had hair on them, the pillows, felt like they came from a Dollar store, the bathroom was full of bird feathers because the window was left open when we got in there. Not what I expected for a Deluxe Studio, definitely far from it. Sorry but I tell it hoe it is when I rate.

The location of this property is fantastic. Downstairs is not only the beach, but several places to grab an early morning or late-night bite. The staff was very helpful and got us into our accommodation immediately upon arrival. You will see that this property doesn't have designated parking. Don't let that deter you from staying here. There is plenty of parking in the area. We were in a side view unit, and the view was great. Highly recommend.

This like a home in Larnaca , ı have been staying for years again and again in summers.

Clean and opposite the beach

No view, television was very poor and we needed to get maintenance just to get a picture. BBC was the only show to watch in English. A kettle and coffee cups however no instant coffee, tea, or drinking water provided. Paid a lot for this room (AUD $720) for two nights so we thought the ammenities were poor! Receptionist very unhelpful and looked miserable!

The apartment looked nothing like the pictures online. Our apartment was very old, worn down, there were loose tiles on the floor, no proper bedding only sheets, the camp cot provided to us was torn on the side, the couches wete damaged so they covered it with sheets too. They advertise online parking but it's in a dingy alley behind the hotel and it's not secure. I asked for a refund on my money when we arrived to allow us to book new accommodation but was informed that the manager was traveling and not available during our stay. I was also informed at reception that the pictures were taken years ago and that this is how things are in Europe everywhere.

The location is perfect in the center near Finikoudes beach and a lot of restaurants down the street. It is 5 mn walk to Larnaca central station to take the bus within Larnaca and 2 mn walk to bus stop for outside Larnaca . Apartment have all kitchen appliances. Nice view from the balcony.l for the sunrise. The Air condition was very cold which was good in hot weather.

The mattress was not comfortable and blankets a little bit dirty. The apartment was not cleaned but they only changed the towels and remove the trash. They put only soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Not enough electric plugs
