How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There wasn’t anything my husband and I didn’t like, we thoroughly enjoyed a very pleasant stay
Loved Absolutely everything. Spotlessly Clean and fresh. Beautiful neutral decor and extremely large comfortable bed. Complex was lovely quiet at all times, very peaceful

Loved everything from stay to private carparking space
Absolutely incredible. I booked two separate apartments. One for my Husband & I and another for my daughter, her husband and their 17month baby. From the time of booking, a travel cot was requested and supplied, plus a high chair offered. The quality of all furnishings, was so high. The bed was like superking size, the cot was strong sturdy safe with the mesh sides (rather than spars) Beautiful touches, lovely linen, tv with we could get Netflix. Complimentary large bottle of water in fridge and two lovely red apples. Location is perfect at the start of the strip (Protaras Ave) Great pressure shower with plenty hot water Family owners were so friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely caring Cypriot people. Nectarios you are a credit to your parents, so welcoming and professional I would highly recommend in my opinion a 5 Star rating

We didnt like the bathroom as it was small with low lighting. The bed mattresses were not very comfortable.

The yard was very on the street, no privacy at all, so we didn’t really use it.

Very nice location, only 5min walk to Fig Tree beach , a lot of good restaurants arround.Nectarios is very friendly guy . We were there for two weeks and had a very good moments . Recommend !

We had an amazing time the owner was very helpful and friendly, the apartment had everything we needed , it was tidy and pretty and everything was on point, I would definitely recommend it to others especially because of its location as its near protaras main road

Our stay at this place exceeded all expectations! The sea is just a 3-minute walk away, and it's one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever been to — the famous Fig Tree Bay. It was also a huge plus to have our own private parking spot right next to the accommodation — very convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The area is quiet, well-maintained, and cozy. Everything is clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and the bed linen was perfectly white. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The atmosphere was truly homely and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! We will definitely come back again! 🌊🌞🚗🌴

Washing machine would've been a great add on.
Very nice, comfortable and spacious apartment. Excellent location, just 5 min walk to beautiful Figtree bay beach and walking distance to shops restaurants and bars. No need to rent a car. Host was very helpful and responded promptly to questions. Early check-in was accommodated. Would highly recommend.

It’s a perfect apartment literally five minutes from a beautiful beach, shops bars and restaurants nearby and everyone was so friendly, we had a fab holiday.

Location is unbeatable. 5 min from Fig tree beach. Center is 3 min. It is great, very spacious apartment with 2 balconies. Owners are kind and very friendly. I highly recommend. It was not close to the street so no noise, it was really nice at least for us. Bus stop is also very close so for us it was perfect.

Everything was excellent.
This place is amazing. The apartment has everything you need, very well equipped. It was spotless clean. A few minutes on walking distance from beautiful Fig Tree Beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Very easy communication with owner, Nectarios. As we arrived early in the morning, at 5 am, we got clear instructions how to acces property. A welcome gift ( fruit, breakfast) was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Nectarios for hospitality.

The bed was fine. The mattress could have better cushioning. But this is nothing compared to the benefits!
