The apartment and rooms themselves were spacious, high-end with great design and are clean. Rooftop pool is nice.

This place is not as described, we will never book or recommend it or any other LIV collection. What they show on social media regarding events is misleading! Most events were cancelled even on high season like mid-end august! No convenient space to work for digital nomads, they let you work in a kid workshop room - see attached photo. Many Kitchen tools were missing, so don’t plan on cooking there properly. The bathrooms in the two bedroom apartments (not shown in the listing picture btw) are tiny so make sure to get in shape before visiting. You have to rely on Wolt+Bolt without a car - which is expensive because Oroklini is a bit far from Larnaca, any ride 25€ each way. Many times during the day Bolt rides were not even available. Regular taxi is more expensive. Rooftop bar was never open, they don’t even bother to prepare the towels and shades every day. When reached with our problems to the staff, first answer is NO, always. We had to convince them to attempt and help on every manner described above. Not blaming them cause they are limited from their failing management. They have much to learn about hospitality.

Last day there was a nasty waste smell with a truck cleaning the waste - next to the room.

The apartment was really comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable stay with super friendly staff, just make sure you have a car to get around

Communication with the staff, asked three times for soap in the bathroom, it never came. Rooms could be cleaned more often.

We had such a fantastic stay at these brand-new apartments. Cleanliness & Design Spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The rooms are beautifully designed with televisions in every room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, soft fresh towels, and even high-quality pool inflatables provided. The attention to detail is outstanding — everything feels high-end, from the fridge to the sofas. The whole complex is surrounded by greenery and plants, creating a lovely ambience. Facilities There are two pools (rooftop and ground floor), both very clean and child-friendly. Parking was plentiful and easy. The beds were fairly comfortable (a little on the firm side, which some may prefer). The poolside music was a nice touch, even if the playlist was a little random. The smell around the complex was also a surprisingly lovely detail! Food & Service Breakfast had a very healthy selection (fruits, cereals, cheeses), though no meat options, which was a little disappointing as we would have used it more. Nespresso pods were supplied daily, which was brilliant. Staff are excellent — always kind, very welcoming with children, and the cleaners and manager in particular were outstanding. I really liked being able to WhatsApp the staff for requests — such a thoughtful touch. Little Extras Nice selection of bread, drinks, and fruit in the reception area. Balcony views were fantastic. Everything from the design to the service clearly had a big budget and careful thought behind it.

Suggestions for Improvement • A vending machine with drinks/snacks if bar staff aren’t available full-time • Some meat options at breakfast (sausages, bacon, cured meats) and more fruit variety (kiwi, cherries, blueberries) • Bins around pool areas for convenience • Sun lounger headrests could be improved, as they slipped off easily — smaller loungers and more umbrellas would make pool areas even better • Curtains could use pull handles to avoid hand marks and wear

Staff was incredible. Pool was clean and big. The rooms are great and location is quite.

De cleanliness and neatness of this place is something that stands out. Great room, friendly hostess and the pool on the rooftop is also very nice

The atmosphere is relaxing evrything is like expected and more. Check in and check out 24/7. Its a place you wish to come back again

The staff was super nice and friendly. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need – air conditioning in every room, 2 toilets, a spacious shower, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, and at the building entrance there was a water cooler providing cold water at all times. There were 2 lovely pools, one on the roof and one between the buildings. The location was very close to the highway, so driving towards Larnaca/Limassol/Paphos or in the other direction to Ayia Napa and Paralimni was quite easy. In the village, there was a supermarket and a bakery very close by, as well as tavernas within a short distance.

The mattresses on the beds were quite firm and not very comfortable. The rooms were fairly clean, but the cleaning frequency was not sufficient — I would have expected a few more visits from the housekeeping staff.

The only thing that was missing for me is an active bar that could serve drink for something to eat at pool daily to reach the perfect .

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, the reception and staff were friendly and helpful, and the two swimming pools were clean and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.
