Suggestions for Improvement • A vending machine with drinks/snacks if bar staff aren’t available full-time • Some meat options at breakfast (sausages, bacon, cured meats) and more fruit variety (kiwi, cherries, blueberries) • Bins around pool areas for convenience • Sun lounger headrests could be improved, as they slipped off easily — smaller loungers and more umbrellas would make pool areas even better • Curtains could use pull handles to avoid hand marks and wear

We had such a fantastic stay at these brand-new apartments. Cleanliness & Design Spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The rooms are beautifully designed with televisions in every room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, soft fresh towels, and even high-quality pool inflatables provided. The attention to detail is outstanding — everything feels high-end, from the fridge to the sofas. The whole complex is surrounded by greenery and plants, creating a lovely ambience. Facilities There are two pools (rooftop and ground floor), both very clean and child-friendly. Parking was plentiful and easy. The beds were fairly comfortable (a little on the firm side, which some may prefer). The poolside music was a nice touch, even if the playlist was a little random. The smell around the complex was also a surprisingly lovely detail! Food & Service Breakfast had a very healthy selection (fruits, cereals, cheeses), though no meat options, which was a little disappointing as we would have used it more. Nespresso pods were supplied daily, which was brilliant. Staff are excellent — always kind, very welcoming with children, and the cleaners and manager in particular were outstanding. I really liked being able to WhatsApp the staff for requests — such a thoughtful touch. Little Extras Nice selection of bread, drinks, and fruit in the reception area. Balcony views were fantastic. Everything from the design to the service clearly had a big budget and careful thought behind it.

The mattresses on the beds were quite firm and not very comfortable. The rooms were fairly clean, but the cleaning frequency was not sufficient — I would have expected a few more visits from the housekeeping staff.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need – air conditioning in every room, 2 toilets, a spacious shower, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, and at the building entrance there was a water cooler providing cold water at all times. There were 2 lovely pools, one on the roof and one between the buildings. The location was very close to the highway, so driving towards Larnaca/Limassol/Paphos or in the other direction to Ayia Napa and Paralimni was quite easy. In the village, there was a supermarket and a bakery very close by, as well as tavernas within a short distance.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, the reception and staff were friendly and helpful, and the two swimming pools were clean and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

The location is quite far from shops, restaurants, and the beach, so having a car is highly recommended. However, there is plenty of parking space available on the hotel grounds.

A brand-new hotel with exceptionally friendly staff, two swimming pools with very comfortable sun loungers. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that featured a spacious balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Each room had its own air conditioner, which was very convenient.

Only 1 small shower in the 2 bedroom apartment we had; After requested, we were not provided with towels to the beach or water park as per "hotel policy", while this is very common in other hotels. Some noise from the Highway.

Location is a bit pants. It's incredibly easy to get to, but located amongst a hodgepodge of construction sites. The noise from the highway wasn't an issue unless we used the balcony.

Room was comfortable, place was easy to get to. Staff were so nice. Facilities in the room were good. Breakfast was lovely (I've never done vegetarian before and was surprised, although they did cook eggs).

The hotel is located quite far from any shops or restaurants, and since it only serves breakfast, you’ll need a car or taxi to get around. I arrived in the evening and left the next day, so it wasn’t a big issue, but it would’ve been nice to have a bar on-site to relax in the evening. Also, my room faced an empty lot, which wasn’t the most pleasant view.

The hotel is new and everything felt fresh and modern, which was great. My room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they assisted with everything I needed without any hassle. A very pleasant stay overall!

Our stay at LIV & CO Suites & Villas was nothing short of spectacular, truly a highlight of our time in Larnaka. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the exceptional cleanliness and grandeur of the property; it felt less like a hotel and more like a modern palace. The swimming pools were absolutely excellent, providing a perfect and refreshing escape from the warm Larnaca sun. We found it to be the ideal home base, making it hands-down the best spot for sightseeing and exploring everything the beautiful city of Larnaca has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect or luxurious experience!

If you plan to stay for a few days then you need to rent a vehicle (car or motorbike) Location is Oroklini which is about 4 km from Larnaca, so you will need a vehicle or order taxi rides. Also the nearest useful beach is about 40 min walk.

Our apartment was very spacious and beautiful. 2 bedrooms with attached shower/toilets, a living room, equipped kitchen with a long bar table and a big balcony. There is also a washing machine. All very modern and nice. Perfect for a family long stay. There is a swimming pool and lounge area on the roof (some apartments have a private pool). The staff was nice and helpful.
