Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Room is spacious and clean comfortable with a fridge and cooking facilities. Brilliant shower. Clean towels and bedding throughout the stay as was room cleaned

No coffee on breakfast...only instant.

Livas Hotel Apartments was a lovely place to stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony offered a nice view and was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. A great value for money, we would happily return!

TV in the room is locked. To change sound, channel or etc,you must go down to reception and leave €10 deposit for remote control Dinner is OK,expected more rich table,same as for breakfast, we got leftovers sweets from dinner The best ever was-NO COFFEE! If you want coffee at the breakfast, you must order it separately and pay extra 2025,new hotel, 4 floors...No coffee

If you are looking for a quieter, more peaceful place within Protaras, offering all the facilities for a relaxing holiday, you will find it here. A tidy garden full of flowers and a lawn as thick as a plush carpet. With a gradually deepening swimming pool, suitable for swimming, and a small children's pool for the little ones. There is a separate shower and changing room in the poolside toilet area, should you want to go for a swim after you check out. There are a sufficient number of loungers and umbrellas around the pools if you fancy a read in the shade or just want to freshen up with a cocktail or a drink. Supermarket with reasonable prices, opening directly from the hotel lobby. A large covered terrace is available, so you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the shade. Pernera Beach can be reached in 2 minutes on the hotel's own paved path, the stone is a little slippery, so care should be taken. The staff are friendly, helpful and good at what they do. Overall, this is a family friendly hotel where you can feel that high standards of hospitality are paramount. We would definitely return again.

These are rather minor observations. Two small soccer goals could be placed on the back lawn, maybe the kids who like to play soccer would like that. A European standard charging adaptor could be provided for the duration of the stay.

Fold down beds not ideal for 11 nights

Breakfast and dinner poor. Dirty sofa in the room. cockroach droppings in the dishes' cabinet. We had to take from the desk the tv remote control and pay deposit for this. We had to pay extra money for the small safebox. Very noisy outside especially from the swimming pool. Instead of Tuesday morning, we left on Sunday morning, although we had already paid to stay from Saturday until Tuesday.

It was our second stay in Livas. All I can say it’s a lovely place with lovely people😊 Definitely will be going back.
