If you don’t want to listen to the entertainment there wasn’t really anywhere else to sit, apart for the reception area. It would be good if there was a place to have a few drink in peace and quiet.

Location good, staff very attentive apart from the manager in the bar:restaurant area he should just let the staff do their job, as they do it exceptionally. Very clean Food was good plenty of choice. Dining area bits at times and eating area the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room a little dated but plenty of room and storage.

All was great, the food was exceptional. The only thing that it should be improved was the playground for kids.😇

Lowest point of both pools was 1.40 and 1.50 Meters. The kids pools was for infants so our 6 and 9 year old were a bit disappointed.

The staff was very welcoming. The hotel was generous and let us have access to the pool and gave us all inclusive bracelets before we checked in as we arrived early.

Beds are too high for kids... We had to put the mattress on the floor and add pillows so they won't fall out. The pools are also a bit small. Not many options for vegetarians. It would be nice if the TV had a kids channel for the hot hours when you can't be in the sun.

Friendly staff, let us in the room early and allowed late check out for 70 euro which was very helpful. Food mostly good, the sea is very nice, beds are comfortable, AC is great. They cleaned the room every day.

The room furniture is quite old and the style is basic. due to the legal hour setting the darkness came quite earlier and an adjustment of the activity schedules would have been good. the pool water is really cold 🥶 the beds were not really comfortable but still fine.

the meals were always really good, the animation was really good to entertain the kid but also the adults. the facility is really nice and the beaches nearby are beautiful.

The rooms are a bit old and need to be renovated. Extra beds could be a bit more comfortable. Despite being old, they were very clean.

A friendly and helpful team. We took 3 rooms. All 3 of us had rooms in the same building. The food was delicious and sufficient. There were different activities throughout the day in the hotel. Havva, the receptionist, was very helpful and polite. We would also like to thank her.

Small sugestion - more easier placing of plates/bowls and cutlery to assist with the flow to the food courses in the restaurant/buffet.

The food variety, presentation and standard was excellent. I would rate the best standard of food for all inclusive holiday ever!. Prompt re-fill of food containers, loved the themes and was still able to try and appreciate tradition local food to Cyprus. Waitering Staff were excellent and always professional but friendly. Even the night porter was so very helpful and supportive to us. Prompt service to offer drinks. No extensive queses experienced for all inclusive establishment. Felt there was a very relaxed atmosphere.

The rooms needed a little vamping as previously mentioned, however it didn't make much of a problem. Few minor scratches and small things needing doing. They could probably add 1 socket to the same ring as the fridge so when you remove the magnetic key which switches the power on its stays live (to charge the phones etc). Small pet hate for me. TV need updating if you want TV, however with the location and so much going on its not necessary really

All the meals was fantastic, each day i thought it couldn't get better, but it did. The food was alot better than other 5 star hotels in the area. The villa apartments are basic, clean, comfortable and quiet. The could do with a little vamping up, but nothing to be majority concerned about. The entertainment was fantastic, great crew, who try to entertain each age group. I'd recommend to family/ friend. worth it. we will be returning one day. In addition the location is right on the beach, great location for a Broadway walk . lots of pretty sites

The stairs to the studio wasn't practical with kids and strollers .and the light is very strong in the room as the curtains weren't fully covering it.

Weak internet access in the room Bit old furniture and TV Evening shows were too loud. The music was ok but the MC mic was too loud. Window didn't close properly which didn't help.

This is the place where you want to come again. The hotel is very clean and cozy. All the staff are very hospitable. It’s ideal for families with children. The restaurant deserves special attention. I want to say thank you to the chef. The menu is always very varied and tasty. The restaurant is perfectly clean. All allergens are noted. Entertainment team is also very friendly and active.
