The service was amazing. Every problem was handled quickly and efficiently. The managers Michaelis and Athena deserve all the credit. They made us feel the best possible. We will definitely return to the hotel.

Our room was spotless, with comfortable beds and a lovely sea view from the balcony, and we were even surprised with champagne and chocolates. The restaurant offered a wide, delicious selection (including low-fat options), and the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, even carrying our luggage to the room.

Rooms are a bit old, but that didn’t bother us at all as they were very clean and tidy. Food taste was average but there was a wide variety so we found something to eat easily ..

The hotel is right on the beach, offering stunning sea views and easy access to the promenade. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and family holidays. Highly recommended!

We LOVED the service!! Greeted with complimentary drinks upon arrival. Friendly staff who made our kids feel very comfortable in their new environment. Beautiful place, will definitely visit again. For my son, who is a picky eater, enjoyed the food very much. We had a happy birthday boy for sure!!

Wow, I stayed here for a wedding and the place completely exceeded my expectations. The staff are phenomenal. The bar staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating and I'd like to specifically mention Athena and Naomi who greeted us and really looked after us. I wanted for nothing and felt like royalty. I was only there for a night but I want to visit again for a proper stay! The beds were very comfy, the food was really nice, I have nothing bad to say.

The hotel and amenities were more a 3 star hotel. Not much to do for kids therefore not sure why is it considered a family friendly hotel. Animators were very bad.

Staff was very friendly, very good service, food was amazing. One of the few hotels in the area with actual beach front, rest was with rocks and cliffs. Unfortunately beach was very dirty. Sun beds, beach towels available with no extra charge. We are very happy with the great, friendly staff, we had some issues with the room at first but were offered another room - after all shower drain was fixed the same day.

It was very clean and staff were very friendly and made sure you were happy also when we arrived we were greeted with champagne and canapés which was a very nice surprise start to our holiday One lady in the reception team named Shirley really did go out of her way to look after us. Well done.

An amazing welcome process- greeted with sparkling wine, and sweets, had a lovely hostess to help us with the checkin. The breakfast was also great, had numerous gluten free options and the stuff attended with care towards this need with offering gluten free bread and pancakes along with many other gluten free options around the breakfast stations. The location is awesome, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean.

Got the type of room wrong on arrival. We asked for a twin room but received a completely different room, so we had to ask for it to be changed baxk to a twin room, which in fairness they did for us.

The sea is right on your doorstep. The bars and restaurants are right outside the front door, and everything is easily accessible from the airport and into the village centre of Paphos. Good entertainment at night time also. Bed are very comfortable.

the facilities were old the bed was tiny and old and at one point we asked to move to another hotel and there the bed was bigger yet the pool had no shade at all, not even in the kids pool

First day it was very windy and hard to get into the sea due to the rocks all over the place, but once again compared to the other hotels and beaches next to them, this one at least had a space where you can safely go into the water :)

Great room and the view on the sea, polite and welcoming staff (thank you, dear Lilia for being so nice to us <3), nice breakfast, free water and snacks in the room, comfortable beds and spacious room, provided beach towels, great sun beds and their location, almost the only one beach with a chance to get into the water. Overall pretty calm and peaceful. Next to the bus stop which will take you to the port or take a beautiful promenade with the views over the sunset.

The drinks in the all-inclusive package seemed watered down, and the cocktails were of low quality. Unfortunately, there were no family rooms available for 2 adults and 3 kids, so we had to split into separate rooms. There weren’t many activities for kids, and they ended up spending most of their time with us. The kids' play area was more suited for younger children and wasn't particularly impressive. Additionally, the hotel, like many in Cyprus, felt a bit outdated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was very clean, with air conditioning throughout, which is not always common in Cyprus. The food was excellent, with a wide variety available all day long. The hotel is right on the beach, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped and perfect for a good workout. Overall, a great experience!

Their beach towel policy is a big lie. Following their policy you should be able to change towels twice a week, however most of the towels are gone immediately in the morning and not replenished enough. Also lots of sunbeds are reserved with towels with no one showing up during the day. The lifeguards are very unhelpful in both situations.

The personnel at the reception were very helpful, and the rest of the personnel were also great. Especially Rodica made sure our room was spotless. Food was tasty and there was plenty of choice. The location was beautiful. Everything else was also good.

The pool opens very late, and early birds can't swim. One pool was closed. There is no activity or jamboree for young children. It would be great to have an air-conditioned room with bricks, Lego, puzzles, and other toddler toys.

This hotel was amazing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, facilities were great. I travelled there with my disabled son in his wheelchair and everything was accessible. Will definitely be returning next year. Buffet was great choice for everyone and the room was as expected. Should be rated 5star

The blackout curtains were just a little short and our baby woke up early due to sunrise (I requested a room with longer blackout curtains )

Hospitality is fantastic from the time we reach, the staff is just so welcoming and always smiling. Room was spotless. Balcony had pool and sea view. I definitely recommend if you go with infants or toddlers, as they have an external small pool around 40 cm deep, shaded and lots of toys provided by the hotel for the kids to be entertained. We will come back once again . Thank you to the lovely staff 💙

It's a big hotel so those preferring smaller hotels will not enjoy staying here. Lots of kids during term break also. Much quieter when the kids holidays ended.
