A small minus is the slow Internet connection and constant re-connection to it, it was necessary to enter a password every time

The administrators were friendly and helped with the issue to resolve it. The breakfast was wonderful! Every day, there were basic items like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, various cheeses, delicious yogurts, and some dishes changed every day. The room is cleaned daily. The refrigerator in the room was working and cooled the water perfectly, and the room itself was large enough for 3 adults.

A place outside the hotel entrance for cleaning shovels and foot when coming from the sea. Room facilities, There was no towel for foot in the bath and no hanger for wet clothes.

This was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was beautiful and super clean! We had a sea view room with a nice terrace. We were so happy to stay there for three nights, we felt like we could really rest and enjoy our holidays. And big win for us, the amazing breakfast!

Great, great location! 3 min from the main strip, 2 min from the beach (~10-15min from Fig Tree Bay) Very clean with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Our balcony was overlooking the pool and sea. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Definitely will recommend to others, and we will definitely come back to stay here! :)

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Excellent location, 2 mins walk from the beach. The shower could use a little refurbishing but overall the rooms are in a very good condition. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t really see the sea from the side sea view room. Had to literally stand at the edge of the balcony, but it wouldn’t put me off booking again

The room was very big and beautifully decorated and clean. I didn’t use the facilities much as I went to meet friends each day but from what I saw it was very nice. The staff were friendly, it’s near the beach, the bed was very comfy.

Hotel with an excellent location,with friendly and professional staff.The room is comfortable and cozy,perfect cleaned daily.We have great breakfast included.I paid extra money for dinner a couple of times,and i was also very satisfied.We had 10 beautiful days im Protaras in this hotel.I hope we will return soon and repeat this exoerience

Communication between staff and myself as there was a issue with the payment and I wasn’t told about it until my checked out day on Monday although I was there from the Thursday prior.

One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. The room and the hotel overall were very clean. We were impressed by the pleasant smell in the room, public areas, and even the towels! The beds were okay, though they had wheels and tended to move around. The pillows weren't very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, with all the expected options.

The room was ready before official check in time. Very clean, very good smell of bed linen and towels. Big and cosy bed. Modern decorated big room with a big balcony and seaview. Very nice staff at the reception and in the breakfast hall. Very good breakfast. I would gladly recommend this hotel!

On the day we requested the room to be cleaned, the bed was made, but all the obvious trash (like empty plastic bags and bottle) was left behind. I specifically looked for places with a fitness center, but it was only open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., which is a terrible schedule considering you’d likely be out enjoying the beach or exploring the city during those hours.

Great location, very close to the beach and the main street of Protaras. The staff was very kind; the receptionist noticed it was my wife's birthday and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, they’ve run out of a lot of stuff including food, butter, plates etc. I stayed here for one night only so it could have been a one time thing.. Food was tasty though especially the chef’s special.
