We would like to address your concerns: Toilet Paper and Bathroom Size: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper for all our guests. We apologize if this was not sufficient for your needs. Our villa's bathroom sizes are clearly listed in our property details to ensure transparency. Shower Cabin: We are sorry to hear about the issue with the shower cabin. If we had been informed during your stay, we would have sent someone to fix it immediately. Ants: The villa is located in a tropical environment where ants can sometimes be a small issue. We regularly conduct pest control, but had we been notified, we would have taken additional measures to address this during your stay. Towel Replacement: Fresh towels are provided at check-in, and additional towels can be requested as needed. For our guests' convenience, the villa is equipped with a washing machine. We encourage all our guests to communicate any issues during their stay so we can address them promptly and ensure a comfortable experience.
