Main issue was the distance from Larnaca, no public transport to Larnaca for a week due to strike, then bus drivers stop in random places. No guarantee that you will reach your destination on time unless you rent a car..

Room was big enough for 2 people. Had own balcony, cleaned regularly. Pool was nice , breakfast and dinner repetitive but okay. Quiet beach close to the hotel, clean waters.

The room was a bit tired and couid do with decorating.

Very comfortable bed. Nice pool area with a bar and lots of sunbeds. 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and let me have an hour and a half late checkout then use the facilities afterwards.

of course the renovations are already shabby, but you can live in the room there were a lot of ants, it was very disturbing and the air conditioner is very dirty as if it has never been cleaned. when you turn it on, dirt flies out of it and you can't breathe it's terrible

There was something in the room which bit me Soo badly many times, I got pimples and allergy.

Overall the location was very nice, you just walk a few minutes to a very beautiful beach, but from second floor you cannot have a good view of the beach and overall it's three story building.

The food at the buffet got cold very quickly and if you are like me and think hot food should be at least warm then make sure you get there early. What i really didn't like was the cleaning and other staff eating their meals at the same time as the guests in the same area. For example the cleaning ladies, that did an excellent job, were wearing the same clothes and coverings that they used for cleaning the toilets etc, while sat with us in the dinning room. Not only is this a huge NO NO but frankly they naturally smelled of cleaning materials and was unpleasant; additionally, i disliked the fact that when i wanted to eat something from the buffett i frequently found it was all gone to then find a member of the staff with a plate full of what i wanted. i reiterate the staff themselves were great and this is a managerial issue more than anything else but it was bad enough to warrant comment as it spoiled our stay.

The location is little far from the main area of Larnaca - around 30 min by bus.

The towels and bed linens are changed every 3 days, or for a charge (1eur/pc). Which is understandable for a small hotel like this.

The staff was helpful. There were bathrooms for washing off after the beach or pool. There is an option to borrow a charging adapter. It is close to a bus station and the beach. The breakfast was good. Free hotel parking.

Breakfast was very limited and a bit repetitive. Music at side of pool very repetitive. Sometimes difficult to get served at bar if staff busy at reception. No pool service which we would have liked. Lift was very small and one of staff advised us that it broke down frequently, so we were reluctant to use it.

It would be nice if the pool will be opened longer, not only to 7pm.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. For sure some renovation will make the hotel more attractive but for this price it was enough. The beach is 5 min by foot, not the most beatiful one but ok and there wasn't a lot of people there which was very nice ;) You can always catch a bus and get to Nissi beach for instance or to the Larnaka city centrer. The bus stop is near the hotel. Breakfasts and dinners ok. I recommend to pay with physical card - not by phone or virtual card just to avoid problems with receiving deposit back ;)
