CyprusI do not recommend the hotel for young people, as it is full of families and it can get frustrating and noisy. We stayed as a friend group, and it was really difficult to relax in a pool full of screaming children; therefore we spent 7/7 days at Cabana beach. :)
Hotel is clean overall, provides a fair amount of facilities, good breakfast, nice dinner. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

United KingdomThe location wasn't great if you wanted to get around at all. It was only a short walk to a large modern shopping mall but to go to the sights, the harbour, the beaches or other restaurants it was not ideal. We did use the buses but they were not frequent enough and even using the local bus app it was impossible to find the information required - not the hotels fault but if you are staying in the hotel you do need to use the buses or have a car.
I only stayed 3 days but on all inclusive basis for a family birthday and I found the food to be much better than I had expected. My room was in the hotel which I think was the older part but didn't seem much different to others in my group who were in the newer gardens apartments. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful and I felt it was good overall value for the money.

CyprusThe lounge was giving vibrant 2000. I think it's worthing to renovate it. They did not offer bottle of water in the room. The food was terrible, disgusting. Worst food I have ever tried at a hotel. We booked half board but we had to pay extra for the water and soft drinks.

Especially in the evening there are only two toilets in the reception area so people tended to have to queue in the evening. There was no other things I did not like about the property.

United KingdomLovely hotel, very clean and lovely staff However, in the winter, I believe it is usually closed for 2 months. I realised why! It was Eric y cold at night in the entertainment area which is all glass and would be fab in the summer, their were patio heaters but not enough, plus the door space was open so it defeated the object of heaters. Also, Jet2 and Easy jet holidays were there, good for families. However, it is next to the pool, and i would not feel safe if my children were running around with an open space door.
