Very clean and fully equipped. Beautiful pool and grounds. Staff were polite and friendly. Everyone couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Meltemi Villa 1 was awesome, well equipped and maintained. It’s truly a home away from home. It is in a quiet and safe area, very good for families. The hospitality and warm welcome we received from the hosts, Constantinos and Anastasia, made our stay more special. The best we had so far from our holiday experiences. Communication with them was top notch right from the time we booked the villa up to check-out time. They’re the kindest, thoughtful, generous and helpful hosts. Aside from the welcome basket of foods, cake, pizza and drinks they gave us, Anastasia even went all out with delivering a very tasteful fruit cake and a box of sandwiches during our 10 day stay in the villa. It was our first time in Cyprus and they made things easy for us by providing us all the informations we need to get around the island, best places to go and visit, best restaurants to eat and to really experience Cypriot’s life in its finest.

Constantinos met us at the villa on our arrival, keeping in touch via Whatsapp which was so easy to communicate any queries. He showed us round and had gotten us a hamper and pizza to start us off which was so kind as we arrived a little late to be able to go to the supermarket and go out for the evening, even catering to allergies. He gave us lots of information about how to get around Paphos and offered to take us to the nearest supermarket to get groceries. We were heading out for the evening so didn't take him up on the offer. They also dropped of pastries from a local bakery and Anastasia baked us an amazing orange pie with ice cream part way through our stay. They couldn't do enough for us. The villa was well equipped and the pool area was great for relaxing with plenty of loungers and shaded areas throughout the day. Our flight was later so they allowed us to stay in the villa until we needed to go to the airport. One of the best holidays and hosts we have had - highly recommended.

The villas are a little out of Paphos centre but it's no issue getting taxis (Bolt app or Sams Taxis - best taxis!) or the bus which is a short walk up from the villa. This didn't affect our holiday just meant we had to plan a little to get around! We walked to Lidl (30 mins) and got a taxi back :)

Everything was perfect. Constantinos and Anastasia were great hosts, the villa is spotless, very well equipped.

The location is a bit far from everything, but it was quiet so for us it was not a negative aspect.

Good house, has all the amenities for comfortable stay, and nice swimming pool. Hosts Constantinos and Anastasia are the best, very kind and hospitable.

The property really excelled my expectations in every way. The grocery package was extremely generous. Constantinos and Anastasia couldn’t have been more helpful. Travelled with our 87 year old mother and they did everything possible to make it an easy and pleasurable stay for us . The house was spotless, well maintained had everything we needed in the kitchen. I can’t recommend this property enough. The garden and pool area were larger than they look in the photos with plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. I will certainly be staying there again.

Owners are really nice. Approach to guest was outstanding, we arrived quite late with the group of 7 persons, and hosts arranged hot pizza for us, sone snacks, softs and local wine. Detailed instructions were given straight away, all the information required for perfect stay was prepared in advance. This place is designed for perfect vacation. We had a 10 days booking, and several times were surprised by homemade cake provided by hosts…once again we would love to comeback there again.

I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November. The location is close to the airport and opens multiple possibilities to sightsee Cyprus. However, the very best was the owners hospitality, truly on an unmatched level. From support before arrival, to welcoming pizza on our first evening, to all the tips related to traveling/restaurants etc. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you!

There is nothing I can thing of!

Amazing,everything perfect!! The villa itself was equipped with everything we needed (filled fridge,iron,shampoo,toster,microwave and more). Spacious,clean rooms with towels both for shower and swimming pool. The owners were very helpful during the whole stay,also surprised us with home made cake and pastries. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay at Meltemi Villas again 😊

We have just one word to describe our experience: Perfection! The villa is spotless, incredibly comfortable, and stunning. We had an amazing time. Constantinos and Anastasia are such wonderful hosts! We’ll definitely be back! 10/10.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! Constantinos and Anastasia were amazing hosts who truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Constantinos was always quick to respond and address any requests we had, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The villa itself was spotless and equipped with everything a family could need, especially for cooking. We were pleasantly surprised to find the refrigerator stocked with breakfast items when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, they continued to delight us with pastries, cakes, and even gifts for the kids. This level of hospitality made our vacation truly special, and we can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained villa with hosts who really care about their guests.

The villa was well looked after and the owner checked in a few times to make sure there no issues. Our kids loved the pool and were in it whenever they could be. There is also a bus stop near the villa with buses to paphos every 10 mins or so.

We loved absolutely everything, but especially the service and the care provided by the owners. We felt like we were the dearest of guests, with every whim catered to. Trust the reviews - it's all true.

That we had to leave - although we extended our stay, it wasn't enough. We will be back!

Had the most wonderful stay in Cyprus at these spectacular villas. Constantinos was very helpful in explaining all the ins and outs of the villa and gave me a very warm welcome when I arrived. The Villa is fully kitted out with everything that you could need and more. They even gave us a pizza, chocolate, wine and soft drinks upon arrival as well as other little treats, very thoughtful and was a stand out for me! Anastasia was so kind and polite. She helped to arrange a delightful birthday celebration for my brother by ordering a cake and decorations on the house. They really go out their way to make your stay enjoyable! The pictures of the Villa speak for themselves. Simply beautiful with a pool I struggled to ever leave in the evenings at sunset. If I ever go back to Cyprus or if I am to recommend a friend to stay I will without a doubt let them know about Meltemi villas!

Lovely fully air-conditioned villa with own private swimming pool. Perfect for families of five, or even six. Constantinos and Anastasia were great hosts, very helpful and clearly genuinely cared that we had a great time. We’ll definitely book again!

Some scissors in the kitchen would be helpful! Everything else was perfect.

As others already mentioned the host is exceptional, they helped us with everything: we had pizza on arrival, they took us with their own car to lidl for a little shopping, they brought some sweets, a wine and so on. If you plan to go to Paphos, this place is highly recommended. I would also suggest to rent a car if you want to visit places, buses also fine but car rental is a better option.
