We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusThe hotel needs refurbishment. The bathroom had a weird smell and no window. The furniture in the room is very basic. I would appreciate a kettle and a mini fridge. The breakfast options were very limited. No fruits.

United KingdomArrived with another traveller looking for reception. He phoned, to be told the proprietor was in bed but would be down shortly. In two days/nights hardly saw anyone at reception - anyone could have walked in. And as for bar service etc - non existent. Thank god there were places in the village below where we could get food/drink
Breakfast ok. Room a little tired. Bathroom very tired - who wants a glass door to their en-suite bathroom. And who wants to be told not to turn the hot water on until just before you need it?
