It is located 10 minutes away on foot from the beach and city center. Clean, comfy for a short stay with great sitting area in the backyard. Owner was incredibly welcoming and kind, spoiling us with daily treats, such as watermelon and wine. We were able to check in early and leave our bags after check out. Overall very good experience.

Absolutely nothing!

My partner and I absolutely LOVED staying here. Our flight was delayed but Vasos met us at midnight outside of the apartments and showed us the room - it was large, clean and had everything we needed. Vasos was an amazing host and we ended up chatting outside in the front patio area and sharing some watermelon and a glass of wine (both generously provided by Vasos). The room was quiet and cool in the air-conditioning - there was a fridge, microwave and even a small drip-coffee machine in our room. As previous reviews have said - it's ideally located, an easy stroll to the beach and shops, close to a bus stop, a small discount supermarket and a 24hr pastry shop. We highly recommend staying here - it was everything we needed and such an amazing value too.

My stay at Anna’s Guest house was exceptional. The owner welcomed me on time and showed me around. The room was clean and equipped with a large comfortable bed, a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a clean bathroom. The neighborhood is quit and safe. The location is close to a large super market, zorbas, the center, and the beach. I highly recommend this place as it’s affordable, convenient, and the owner was attentive and helped at any time needed.

Very friendly and hospitable owner. We spent great time in the Anna Guesthouse so we reccomend this place. Very close to the beach, and the most important site seeing attractions (St. Lasarus Church, museums and archeological site of Kition) as well as to nice tavern with local food and the market. Easy access from the airport (by public transport). There is also enough space to park the car at the quiet street. The patio of the Guesthouse is pleasant place to rest and to enjoy the late evenings.

It is a good value for money ! Spacious room, Clean, short walk distance to the beach , close to super market , quiet area ! If you are not looking for luxury but for a simple accommodation it is a good place to stay ! The owner Mr Vassos is discreet but always there if you need something ! A very kind person who will surprise you with a plate of fruit or some wine ! A place to recommend!

Nothing in particular but that is the matter of taste.

An exeptional host. Very friendly, servile. No objections at all. Near the main street, grocery, center of Larnaca and a beach. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Do not expect luxury but it is a very pleasant stay with clean facilities and big terrace.

The bathroom door system was a bit annoying and noisy.

The location is very good, a short walk to the beach and main points of interest for a turist. The host was very friendly and helpfull with all our requests. Wifi was pretty good too even tho it wasnt high speed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
