Hotel need renovation.In my bedroom I could hear the noise from the other bedroom,because there was conecting door which are not protected,because we hear everything. It was very far away from the center,but there is a bus which is passing near.When I make reservation,I ask if it is possible to get bedroom with nice view,we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but they give us bedroom looking to the building which is under construction,at 6 am they start working.

The hotel was ok.Bedroom had enough space.

It has potential but they are not utilizing it well, practically zero isolation… you hear literally everything. Deposit for towels, only in cash, come on.. there must be more convenient way to do this for the guests. Imagine landing, you want to swim.. no now you must go to the street, find an ATM and then go back just so you can get towels.. that’s your first experience.. management please do better and smarter.

They only change bedsheets every 3rd day, and towels every second... which itself is fine, but they don't seem to keep track. we typically leave the "do not disturb" tab, as we don't need our room serviced daily anyway... but the one day (out of 5) we requested the room to be made up, they did not change the bedclothes. A small refrigerator in the room would have been a nice addition, especially in this climate. Also a tea kettle would be convenient, but we were able to borrow one from reception (though I get the feeling they only have one). Beds were a little soft for our taste, but still ok.

Great location near a decent beach for swimming. Pool was nice as well: large (22m) and not overcrowded. Bus stop nearby for easy trips to city centre (about 30m ride) and buses run late. For day trips further afield, location is also central... only an hour drive to Paphos or about an hour and a half to Agia Napa/Cape Greco. Rooms were uninspiring, but comfortable. Breakfast was good, with many options. Staff was friendly and helpful... we were able to borrow both a tea kettle and a plug point adapter (after having forgotten Cyprus uses British plugs). Parking was never a problem, even if it seemed that there weren't many spaces available. We were able to park in the shade every day.

Slim walls make you hear everything. It would be ok but we had the bad luck of having some incredibly noisy neighbours. 4/7 nights we had trouble sleeping because they were shouting. 🫨 Not the hotels fault, though.

The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, The towels were replaced every 2 days. The linen were supposed to be replaced every 3 days but were not changed during the 7 nights that we stayed. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of choices for tourists who don't eat meat or beans in the morning. To get towels for the pool, you have to put 10 euro deposits for each towel. For a fridge in the room, you pay 5 euro a night. There is no kettle in the room if you wish to heat water for coffee/tea.

The staff were excellent!! Very very helpful and polite. The room was spacious, and the pool was clean and very enjoyable.

On the first day, the carbonara I ordered was very poor, and I even found a hair in it. The chef did not actually apologize, he just said “okay, we’ll replace it,” but unfortunately the new dish was still not good. In addition, the mattress was too soft and saggy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep, and the room did not have a fridge, which would have been quite useful. The hotel itself is rather old, and the walls in our room were stained, which gave a less pleasant impression.

We really enjoyed our stay because the staff was friendly and welcoming, the location of the property was very convenient, and overall the value for money was good. The hotel was also clean, which we appreciate.

It's at the budget end, so you can't expect the Ritz. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. Also access by car is a bit tricky till you get used to it due to the local road system and there is a very steep access to the parking which is best approached at an angle!

Hotel was clean with plenty of space inside and out, 22m pool, plenty of sunbeds and outdoor sitting area. A decent beach is 5min walk away. Breakfast was included and had decent selection. Good water pressure in the shower. Bar prices reasonable. Parking onsite.

The food was average. I think the hotel could do with some better food. The quality of the breakfast and lunch could be better in my opinion but other than that everything else was good!

Suprise was we had to ask for hair dryer and kettle as this is not part of room facilities as well as small fridge which is to pay 5e for day. So if you want to keep your drinks cool you have to pay for fridge hire. Also nothing on balcony to dry your wet swimsuits - a small rope or wire would be helpfull.

The view from room onto the pool and sea is the best. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfest was nice buffet style. The pool was fantastic with jet and warm water, very relaxing to spent time.

One of lifts was occasionally out of service. The hotel desperately needs detailed cleaning.

I ended up here because the other property (which much better ratings?!) canceled my booking hours before cancellation time expired accusing Booking.com for that and blackmailing me to pay almost doubled price :( Navarria is on an excellent location, the nearby beaches are beautiful. Kind staff, I got my room upgraded

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — right near the beach with a beautiful sea front view that made every morning feel special. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Another big plus was the convenience of the nearby bus stop. Buses came regularly and took you straight to the marina, making it super easy to get around without needing a car. Overall, a fantastic experience — I’d definitely stay here again!
