Perfect location, amazing service, very friendly and helpful staff.

It was very clean, had a beautiful view, the food was good and the room was lovely. It was better than expected

Although the hotel was generally nicely decorated, the hotel bar was a bit cold and uninviting. It needs a bit of tlc. Also, the pool is a bit on the small side but there are plenty of sun loungers to go around

Perfect location! With a perfect beach right in front of it! No need for a car day or night ! Nice breakfast too and comfortable beds!

We booked an inclusive package. Food was average at best. The beds were not very comfortable and cushions too.

The room and hotel was clean, hotel staff very helpful, we had a deluxe room with sea view , the view was wonderfu . The food was grate and varied .

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are extremely friendly. The food is delicious, and the entertainment programs are engaging. The pool itself is nice, but since there’s no policy preventing guests from swimming with loose hair, you often find hairs in the water, which is quite unpleasant. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect 10 is that the bed linen, while clean, is worn out and in need of replacement. Aside from that, the hotel offers a truly pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Hotel areas and rooms were clean, staff were very polite at all times. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was not noisy. Breakfast was amazing.

It was hard for us to find sunbeds by the pool as a lot of hotel guests were putting their towels to reserve them, although they wouldn’t come to the pool for hours. To be fair, this is not up to the hotel to control but it would be nice to work on a policy on how and when someone can reserve numerous beds, although they will not use them.

Great location

I booked a suite and on arrival I was put into the room right under the air conditioners so the whole room was vibrating and very loud I requested to move rooms but there was no other suite available so I was offered a room with a Seaview I took the room which was standard with 2 single beds pushed together nothing like the suite I had booked and the room smelt musty and mouldy I couldn’t be bothered complaining or moving again so I just put up with it Would I stay here again most definitely not The staff know about this room but continue to book people in it, they were not surprised when I requested to change rooms. Definitely not worth the money I paid

Great location near enough to walk to everything. The beach is lovely and only 5 minutes away.

The evening entertainment was very poor. No good lightening for the singer the Jan who balances things was terrible! We ended up going out every night as wasn’t good so cost a lot. Also the pool and pool bar closing at 6 in peak season is far too early!
