Yiannis is such a nice gentleman, always around for help or advice. Nice surrounding garden.

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The apartment is small but well-equipped — everything was great! The air conditioning worked perfectly. The owner was very friendly — greetings to him! :) Everything was within walking distance. There’s a bakery open 24/7 and a shopping mall nearby with a well-stocked grocery store. Tourist attractions are also very close — the catacombs are just around the corner.

I had a wonderful stay at Niki Holiday Court. The accommodation is comfortable and straightforward, with a lovely terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and clean facilities. Yiannis, the owner and manager, was extremely kind and accommodating. He does an excellent job maintaining the property. I loved sitting on the terrace each night overlooking the beautiful garden. The location is excellent. There is a 24-hour coffee and pastry shop just a block away, and it is a quick 5-10 minute walk to Pafos Harbor where there are restaurants, shops, a large grocery store, and beautiful views of the water. While I was in Pafos I went scuba diving and visited the historic sites - Niki Holiday Court was an excellent location from which to explore.

The apartment is very clean, it is spacious, and it has got everything you need. The location is exceptional, right in front of the archaeological area, and close to the seaside and city centre. The host is always ready to help, and the terrace overlooks a beautiful garden. We have been extremely satisfied!

The owner is the kindest person we ever meet. Air conditioning, beautiful garden, very good location near the bus stop and king avenue mall.

Excellent location, convenient to the airport by bus, 7 min. from the stop; nearby beaches, restaurants; city mall with supermarket; fully equipped studio; very good and kind host.

The best place we have stayed. Apt.1 - Large and spacious rooms. Large terrace. The kitchen has everything you need: oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, two types of toasters, hot water kettle and black coffee kettle. No complaints about the bathroom. And last but not least a beautiful garden. Great location. Easy to find from the airport by GPS. Out of the crowd and close to the main attractions. If we go in Paphos again, we'll stay at the same place.

- residence is well located, 5min walk from mall, surrounded by ancient sites - parking spot in front of the appartments - nice location for sunset - the host was super nice and allowed us to use a washing machine a couple times. (Only 1 is available in 1 appartment)

- thicker and darker curtains would be necessary because it's bright daylight at 6am in the appartment in the summer - matresses could be upgraded, beds are not super comfortable

A very very nice host. We had a delayed flight and our check-in was nearly 3 hours after the time stated in the terms and conditions. The host was waiting for us at night and everything was done in a pleasant atmosphere. He also offered us a complimentary extended hotel stay on the day of departure. Apartment very clean, equipped with all the necessary accessories. Location great- practically every place in Paphos can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend!

The host was very helpful in general and very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. The apartment has a big veranda and the garden is beautiful. It is close to the harbour area and the main station.

The furnitures are a bit outdated and washing machine in all rooms would be nice. But in overall it was not a problem.

Everything was good, an owner who greeted us with a smile.

the bed was terrible, super hard like sleep on the floor, pillow also not good, there was a lot of lights coming from the Kitchen that make hard to sleep, lot of ants, also not in a nice position, the beaches around there are terrible you need to drive at lease 25 min by car for a decent one... i paid 60euro per night for 2 person, totally not worth it, i don't suggest it.

First and foremost Yiannis is a excellent host, from the beginning to the end he has been extremely helpful, a polite and very kind person Now on to the property, clean, the property is very clean and location is key here, about 5 mins walk away from the harbour with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and in the other direction is the mall, now regarding the property it has everything needed for a few days to a week or longer stay.

I can’t say there is anything to fault about the property
