The hotel is located in an excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants and bars, about 250 meters from the beach. The lobby is clean and very inviting. The room was nice, clean and roomy , with very comfortable beds and a great balcony overlooking the pool and some sea view. The breakfast was good with a wide range of foods and drinks. Dinner was excellent, every night different types of food and very tasty. The staff were helpful and attentive. Overall an excellent value for the money paid.

The hallways on the upper floors leading to the rooms are in need of renovation. The bathrooms are small and also require refurbishment. Cleanliness should be improved.

Great staff at the reception (Koulla, Saddam). Excellent location – just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water. Tasty food.

The breakfast and lunch were just ok. The entertainment should change. Bingo, film quiz, music quiz ... was rather boring than entertaining. The drinks were terrible, except for the wine and bottled water . We were served a few times dirty (used) glasses.

The room had a nice view and the beach was near. Dinners were good.

It would be advisable to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the cutlery in the restaurant. The mattress had some stains and was dusty along the edges. Some plates, forks, and glasses in the restaurant were not properly cleaned. There are no paper napkins on the tables. There was no information provided during the booking process indicating that beverages were not included with dinner.

The hotel provides good value for the price. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. In celebration of a birthday, we were presented with a bottle of local wine and a fruit platter. All of our requests were accommodated, including a preordered bouquet, which was elegant, fresh, and remained in excellent condition for nearly two weeks. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We were only here for 2 days, but the hotel was super busy as it was peak season, to say the size of the hotel you would of thought the pool would of been bigger though and it was always packed, lots of dead space around the pool which could of been utilised better

Amazing location right on Protaras strip ! Lovely clean public areas and rooms (beds are super cosy), great selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive plan, good entertainment staff and evening entertainment also

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor throughout our stay. The pool is quite small. There was some entertainment, but it was very limited and not engaging. Also, the reception staff were not very welcoming and rarely smiled. In the room, all the drawers were broken, and there was no proper cabinet to store our belongings—only a hanger rail. Also, the hotel has very strict rules regarding check-in and check-out. We arrived three hours early due to our flight and had to wait in the lobby until the exact check-in time. At check-out, they cut our wristbands right at the official time, even though our flight was late in the evening, and we could no longer benefit from any of the hotel services.

The location is excellent, very close to the sea and convenient for everything we needed. Our room was spacious, with a lovely sea side view and a large balcony where we could relax and enjoy the scenery.

I don't like bed. I requested a double bed when I was booking the hotel but I received a room with the twin beds. I understand that it depends on availability but at least it would be good if beds are secured together and do not slide to the side when you sleep. The mattress was very good but because I woke up in the middle of the night as the bed was moved and I almost fell into the hole in the middle. Apart from that the stay was amazing.

It was very clean, and the food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Although it’s not really the property’s fault, it would be good if they could introduce an allocated sunbed, rather than the guests put their towels down and leave them for hours before using them. Very frustrating to see beds with towels on very early in the morning.

Good location, close to beach and Protaras strip. Food was good, plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and worked hard to keep guests happy.

Poor dinner and poor lunch . I was not happy they provided me a room with 2 single beds pushed together and I was not feeling comfortable. I did request a Double bed and not 2 singles at the time of making the booking .Also the balcony of room 215 , where I stayed , was on the same level of the restaurant's pool roof and there was no view .
