There were always cats on the balcony and outside the front door. The towels, although likely cleaned, smelled of cigarette smoke, so we used our own. One night, we found two cockroaches in the shower.

Clear instructions, great location, good parking nearby. Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful mountain view, and a quiet, comfortable place with a cozy bed. The host left a large flask of cold water in the fridge which was a nice touch. Very good Wi-Fi. Overall, a pleasant stay.

although it's not too busy, at peak hours the road feels quite present (at least on the ground floor)

Nice little village house! Great view, great location, walking distance to minimarket. Clear instructions for self check-in. Although somehow I did manage to check in to the ground floor instead of the upper floor, that was purely my own lack of attention :) and the host Marina kindly let me stay on the ground floor.

The only disappointing thing was that there was no shampoo and/or body wash, even though it was mentioned. There were containers in the shower area, but they were empty. Despite this, I highly recommend Pachna Studios for a delightful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Pachna Studios. The place was incredibly cosy and warm, making it the perfect retreat. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The highlight was definitely the fireplace, which added a charming and relaxing touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Very small but cute bathroom. 2 nights were more than enough due to this. There is no oven and we felt that it wasnt clean. (Photos)

The location is good, a very small cosy apartment. Host was helpufl, she provided us with a small crib for our 8month old. Could have been more helpful, suggestions what to do etc.

a charming studio apartment in a lovely village in Cyprus. It was wonderful to be off the 'tourist trail' and in a quiet village where you could immerse yourself within daily life. Apartment itself was nicely decorated and well apportioned, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Didn't notice any noise from the road at night. Only a short drive down to the coast to the 'major' sites, but the price was much better than you'd find closer to the sea. Marvellous!

The studio is very close to the main route and it was noisy at times.

The studio is big enough for two. It is located in the charming village, close to the main route to the Troodos. The atmosphere in the village was amazing. It was a pleasure to have morning coffee with locals. Before checking-in I received an instruction from the owner with the details about the studio.

There is no parking. The roads are narrow with bends, it was a risk to park there

Bathroom ventilation fan is noisy and the light is blinking. No hypermarkets in around.

The balcony view is amazing. The location is close to villages like Omodos and Lofou (20 minutes) and the mountains of Troodos (45 minutes) if a car is present.

The Birds are soooo loud ! And there’s not a LOT going on around the Studio ( no Restaurants & Bars ).

Beautiful Studio ! We stayed here for almost a week & never got tired of this beautiful view ! 10/10 recommend ! Marina was such a nice Host, answered to my messages almost immediately & helped out if needed. Next time, I’ll stay here longer ;) If you want a quiet place to get out of the Stress & relax, THIS IS IT !

would have liked if I received the check in information a day earlier. We arrived at 4pm from Australia and I had to connect my international roaming to call around and get the key box code. The message for check in came through at 4pm the day of arrival which wasn’t great considering I didn’t have a international SIM card/Data. next time I’ll check in before arriving.

This was the most wonderful 7 days spent in our stone cottage in Pachna .The whole experience was so authentic, and the view from our window was stunning , over the terraced countryside and villages . The little village was a joy to walk around , encompassing both upper and lower sectors , with such beautiful views from every corner and wonderful stone houses in various states of repair . The comfort of the cottage (on the ground floor) was perfect even though it was compact , and if we had known how fabulous it was going to be , we would have stayed another week .

Pachna studios is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the mountains and the sea. If you are a morning person and wake up early you will experience the most magical moment of a sunrise, the view from the studio is amazing! The studio was equipped and cosy. The bed very comfortable! The hostess replied to all my questions on time. Me and my dog had a pleasant stay and calmed down from the noise of the city! Totally recommend!!

The only tavern in town closed at 6pm (November) which made evenings with being confined to a fairly small room, but if you are looking for a quiet place with nice view, this may not be an issue for you

The Studio is located in Wine Country. Lots of wineries offer wine tasting. Plenty of history in the village and surroundings from Ancient time (BC) to Crusader times (Chapels). One hour drive (or less) in all directions to major cities which continue to offer more site seeing. A 20 min drive to beaches. The Village itself is quiet with very friendly locals. The Studio had everything one needed to live comfortably. Was happy with bathroom and kitchenet (includes a fridge). The room is big and airconditioned. The Studio is a stone building with Fire place installed for winter trips.
