Apartment and pool area clean and tidy and friendly staff . Good choice of food and drinks available on menu and very tasty all at a fair price. Location good . Would definitely return if I was to visit Paphos again

Location of the property is great 10 minutes walk to harbour, restaurants, shops, cafe. In hotel is good breakfast for any choice. Swimming area and pool was never overcrowded with lots of sunbeds. Great pool bar service. Hotel restaurants menu was excellent for reasonably price.

Maybe just the towel change should be every 2 days. Cause it now says its every 3-4 days but its always either the 4th or the 5th day. But everything else was perfect.

Everyone was super friendly. The pool is great. You have pool gadgets to free use.

There was no TV in apartment, but not really that much of an issue.

The pool bar was excellent. Elevated and overlooking the pool. Great service from nice and friendly staff. Delicious beer, and very good food.

First room was too basic - had to change

First room was very basic so we arranged an upgrade which was totally worth it. Hotel sorted things quickly. Lovely staff everywhere

No WIFI in our room, that was a big disadvantage for us, especially when I wanted to check some stuff online. Sadly and the beds had a weird scent

Very friendly staff, breakfast was good but a little monotonous, area is really big and I was amazed by the large number of different plants and fruit, like mangos, bananas, olives, limes and pomelos. Also, a great benefit is daily cleaning in rooms. There were small cans of gel and shampoo in the room, but no soap.

Pagona is a beautiful setting for a vacation with good facilities and choice of food and drinks from the pool bar. A perfect place to relax and explore Paphos from.

Beds should be double, not single and made to double, the internet in the room was poor, for the breakfast we’ve missed fresh fruits.

Definitely basic, especially the beds, but reflected in the price. Its 10 mins to the sea, but wasn't a big deal.

How easy it is to run up a bar bill with likeminded residents in a friendly atmosphere.

Apartments were very clean spacious basically laid out and located close to the pool. The beach and shopping mall with local bus services located close by all within a few hundred meters walk. Ok maybe a long walk for kids in the heat. Friendly family run apartments complimented with helpful staff. Food was always freshly cooked and Nothing was an issue except the heat and humidity due to the weather. Staff ever helpful to arrange taxis car hire and excursions if required.

A safety hand rail is needed at the jacuzzi. The steps can be slippy. My partner slipped on the steps and injured himself. The apartments could do with another pot in the kitchen as the only pot is very big. In the bathroom i would have preferred a shower instead of a bath.

The complex was very relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and bar areas were spotless. Apartments were big.

It would have been nice to have more items in the kitchen for cooking. It was pretty limited.

The bed was double, but separated, so there was a gap between the mattresses. Hotel breakfast is okay, although eggs are being cooked at the spot, breakfast is limited to an "English breakfast" - the selection of other options was quite limited.

Apartment hotel is in an optimal location: 5-10 minutes walk max to entertainment areas, supermarket, and the beach, but further from the noise. The pool area is clean and cozy, and the restaurant serves nice meals at decent prices. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have small kitchens, we didn't use them, but all the necessary equipment was there.

Apartments bigger than expected, with everything that you need. Lovely staff - really helpful and kind, happy to help you with booking trips or giving directions/advice. Reasonably priced bar. Short walk to the harbour and nearby restaurants, bars and shops. Didn't have to fight for sunbeds, there were plenty. Overall a really great place to stay. There are clearly a lot of returning customers from people we met and we can understand why.

We found the bed to be to hard my back took a day or two to adjust the room is dated but clean it was fine for what we wanted 👍a week in Paphos

We liked the size of the room it was clean 🙏had fridge and kettle did not use any cooking facilities but they were there. Just far enough from the front for nice walk in the evening quiet area. Good air conditioning.

One small point Would be nice to have some little tables with the sunbeds near a10 rooms /apartments Just to.put your food/drink on The drinks fall over on the grass!!!
