There were 4 bright, comfy good sized bedrooms (2 x doubles / 2 x twin). The upstairs double and 2 twins were all ensuite. The double room downstairs was not ensuite, but there was a toilet / basin right opposite. There was enough hot water for 4 showers in the evening. The house was clean, comfy settees in the sitting room and the kitchen was very well equipped, including a kettle and oven which we found easy to use for a pizza on our first night! The host kindly left us some wine, water and fresh fruit and we found a late opening supermarket close by for milk and other essentials. There were plenty of condiments in the cupboard. The pool area was very pleasant and relaxing with excellent parasols and very comfortable sunbeds. There was a big outside table in the shade where we ate lunch a couple of times. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful and was quick to respond with any questions and advice for restaurants and beaches etc. The villa is about a 10/12 minute walk from pretty Nisia beach which had great beds, umbrellas and good toilets. Fig Tree bay is about 15/20 minutes walk from Nisia along the coastal path. Walking to the 'strip' in the evening took around 25 minutes, but taxis are constantly passing so you can flag one down. Cost usually 10 euros out, 12/14 euros back. We pre-booked airport taxis with George taxis. They were reliable for pick up and to take us back. Cost for 2 people at the airport was 55 euros (we arrived separately). Return for all 4 of us back to the airport was 80 euros. Approx 40 minutes.

The whole villa was a good size for our fmaily of 7. Plenty of communual space and our own private rooms. The host was very communicative and helped us with all that we needed for our holiday, where ever we got stuck with any matters. The villa was near some local shops and other amenities, and not too far from a couple of beaches. Over all our stay was most enjoyable and we had plenty of space to roam around or to retire to our own rooms.

Peaceful and very nice villa/location with pool and all amenities. The villa i located at 7 min. walk from the 2 closest beaches - despite other villas around you can enjoy privacy ..just in case.. there are 5-6 good restaurants (partly belonging to hotels) at walking distance. Bus stations, coffe shop and more 1 min. away on the main road... Very frindly and helpful owner 🙏🙏 Definitely..we would have stayed longer!!

The location was perfect. Near the beach, bus stop in different directions. Shops for food and all we needed very close to the house.

The area around the pool is a bit tired looking and some of the tiles are cracked. There is a socket in the main living area that has come away from the wall. The roof top terrace rattan furniture is damaged. The towel rail in one ensuite was broken and one of the parasols was also broken and wouldn't open. I think the interior could do with a fresh coat of paint just because that too looks a little tired. There are so many positives with this villa that I feel sorry about pointing out the negatives but I think it is only fair to do so.

The villa's location is perfect, close to beaches and shops and a short drive to the centre of Protaras. Marianne is a friendly, helpful and very professional host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was absolutely immaculate when we arrived and again after the mid stay clean that Marianne arranged for us. The pool itself is beautiful but the surrounding area is in need of some attention to the cracked tiles. The provision of a barbecue next to the pool was most welcome. This particular villa is located in a corner of the small development and as a result it isn't overlooked at all so privacy whilst swimming and sunbathing isn't an issue. The kitchen was outstanding with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. In addition the various kitchen implements were the most extensive we have ever found in a rented property. The bedrooms were a good size, two of the shower cubicles were small but that's only in comparison to what we are used to. Would I recommend this villa and would I stay here again if I was holidaying in this part of Cyprus? A big YES to both.
