Amazing stay in an excellent location in Protaras, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the main strip. Looks exactly like in the photos and Panayiotis is a great host. I would book this apartment again.

We really loved the house we stayed in! It was cozy, nicely decorated, and very clean. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. We had a great time and we would definitely choose it again in the future!

Great apartment and a great host!

Not just a perfect and comfortable stay at a beautiful location but a very nice Owner and Wife who i met. Can not wait to be there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly clean, with everything we needed provided. It’s just a short 5–10 minute walk to both the beach and the town center, and you can even see the sea from the terrace. Nearby, there are grocery stores, cafés, and a variety of restaurants. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay, helped us with various requests, arranged transportation to the airport, and gave great recommendations for places to visit and dine. When we arrived, they welcomed us personally and even brought a homegrown watermelon as a gift — such a thoughtful gesture! There was also juice and water waiting for us in the apartment, which was much appreciated after a long journey. I confidently give this place a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to others!

Just a small note for future guests: make sure to use the address the hosts send you via private message. For some reason, the address listed on Booking was incorrect, and we had to walk 20–25 minutes under the sun with a child to reach the correct location. Thankfully, the hosts provided us with all the right information and helped us find the way without any issues.

The location is perfect — just a short walk to the sea. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

All was perfect

Location was great, very easy to get around the area and on trips to Aiya Napa. Apartment was clean, good size for us (couple with toddler) and had everything we needed. The host was super helpful with recommendations not only around Protaras but other areas in Cyprus and always contactable.

The apartment is spacious and perfectly clean. It is situated at the edge of the resort in a quiet location, only a few minutes walk to Vryssi Beach and a coffee shop. There is also a lovely promenade between Vryssi Beach and Fig Tree Bay which is perfect for a late afternoon walk. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with breakfast. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and easily contactable. I am happy to recommend the apartment.

The apartment was clean, warm, close to the sea, everything you needed was there. The hosts are very helpful, they recommended places to have a dinner. We had a warm welcome upon arrival - the bottle of white wine. Be sure to ask for the coordinates of the apartment before arriving, otherwise you won't find it.

The apartment is not cold, there is air conditioning, but as a minor thing I could mention that there was no warm blanket

Not far away from the beach, a real pleasure to discover this place, the owner and his beautiful family. For us it was perfect to stay there, we appreciate everything, including all recommandations to spend our time. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity.

It was clean, comfy, everything you need was there- hair dryer, iron, child cot, drying rack, cooking appliances etc. The sea is close. it is quiet there as it is a bit far from the central Protaras, where music is on till 2 a.m. Overall it was a peaceful place to stay, and we can recommend it.

pillows are not comfortable. the bathroom door made of glass is very wobbly and makes loud sounds when opens and closes. That sound was terryfying for our child at night when someone went to the toilet.

The owner in particular was so helpful and friendly with absolutely everything. Nothing was too much trouble and answered any questions very quickly The property had everything we needed to do some cooking ( ate out mostly- the owners recommended restaurants were excellent) and was very clean and comfortable The location was excellent- 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 minutes to town

A little hard to find but the owner happily spoke to our taxi driver to direct him and along with a photo of the front of the property he had sent me we found it

Everything - the host was very attentive and helpful in every aspect. Location was perfect, close to the main beach and the strip. The apartment had all we need in order to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location is great, just a few minutes to the beach and to the city center, but it’s in a quiet area. The apartment is nice and has everything you need, especially lots of sun and sea view. The owners were amazing and lovely, they also changed our bedsheets and towels in the middle of our stay, as we spent there 2 lovely weeks, they also recommended us some places to eat, and all of them were great, so make sure to ask too if you’re looking for local food.

The apartment was hard to find for the taxi drivers, but I’m sure the owners will find a solution soon.

Check-in was very easy and smooth. The apartment was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel as home. The sheets and towels were new and so clean that we were impressed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The fridge, microwave and all the electrical appliances are new and in perfect condition. The huge terrace overlooking the sea is a great added bonus. The apartment is only a few minutes on foot close to a large supermarket, which is very convenient, and just a few steps from dozens of restaurants and cafes. And let's not forget the beautiful beach of Yianna Marie which is only a 2 minutes walk. Special thanks to the hosts. They're great in what they do and they are close and available for whatever you might need them. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The apartment was clean and there was a large table and chairs to sit outside including an umbrella to give some shade from the sun.

The photographs on booking.com do not look like the apartment, it does not look so inviting and bright and a lot of the furniture inside is different. The furniture in the lounge and kitchen are too big for the space. The appliances in the apartment don't come with any instructions including the safe and you are only given one set of towels each which is not good as the quickest wash is 3 hours. There is not enough dishes to make or cook breakfast at the property and there are no full sets nothing is matching, the hosts needs to provide enough for 4 people and it would be nice to have a matching set as nothing matches.
