If you left anything in the apartments kitchen sink over one minute without washing it, you would see a swarm of ants. And if you turned off the AC you felt humidity in the room.

The location and the facilities are good. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The food was decent but repeated no variations.

The food was a little repetitive and didn’t offer a huge amount of choice but that’s to be expected with a 3*. The food was hot and tasty.

The kids pool was a great depth and was perfect for my toddlers. There were plenty of sunbeds and chairs and no mad rush to put towels down at 6am! The one bedroom apartments were spacious and modern.

The room had little closet space for our clothes (large hanging area, but few shelves). There was a kitchenette, but apart from a kettle there was no equipment (pots, bowls, plates, cutlery). The bathroom lacked a shelf or other space for toiletries.

The location of the hotel is great. The beach is a few minutes away, where sandy bays and rocky shores alternate. The water is crystal clear! The beach bars are also within a short walk (I highlight the iced coffee and smoothie offerings of Costa Coffee Marlita Kiosk and the super cocktail selection of Coco Beach Bar). There are several nightclubs in the neighboring street. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, from where you can take the 101/102 bus to the centers of Protaras and Ayia Napa. The hotel has a large parking lot, where our rental car was parked for free. Two large pools, free sun loungers and umbrellas around them, palm trees and cleanliness (The water is warm for adults, but it's good for children). The restaurant has both an indoor and outdoor area, we always sat on the cozy, shady and airy terrace. The buffet food offer is incredibly varied and abundant: diverse and creative salads and vegetables, a constant fruit selection, pastries and sweets complement the always diverse fish and meat dishes. For breakfast, there is continental and English, freshly baked egg variations, etc. The coffee machine is only in the morning, but the soft drink/water machine is available all day. The bed in the room is large, the mattress is hard and comfortable. Cleaning and towel change every day is great, but the bed linen was not changed for 1 week. The air conditioning worked well. I was glad that the bathroom had a shower instead of a bathtub, and there was a nice shower gel/shampoo available. The plastic chairs and table on the terrace are useful. The view of the pool is very cozy. The staff is attentive, kind and hardworking. Thank you to the animators for the entertainment programs and the sports opportunities!

• We booked this hotel because it is an aparthotel, and we needed a small kitchen as we were traveling with a baby. Unfortunately, the electric stove didn’t work, so we couldn’t use the kitchen to warm up the baby’s food. • The kitchen was poorly equipped – it only had two glasses, two mugs, and a kettle. • The kitchen was rusty and had an unpleasant smell of old furniture. Some of the elements inside were rusty, including the kettle.

My only negative is the juice at breakfast and was fine just not amazing

Great pool area, enough space for everyone and enough sunbed. Clean area, rooms are always clean. Breakfast was fine for us, enough choice and food was cooked well. Staff super helpful, always happy to help you. Room was bright and spacious for us as a family of 4. Location was convenient for us as we had a car, easy to get to the beach, town and local bars.

Roaches:/, bad pressure in the shower causing hot/cold water changes intermittently and without warning. Pool could get a better treatment but i can say that for most pools in this area.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, to be honest they give out family vibes and are responsible for the good rating i gave it. Mikhalis the manager and Mikhalis the service manager along with Adam the chef made us feel at home with extended family.

No direct access to the sea, the parking lot is quite small, the rooms are outdated and the furniture is quite tired. Food is ok, but the choice is very limited and the quality is very average. Value for money in the high season is unreasonable.

Staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
