Kitchen could have more cutlery, glasses and plates. If uou didn't manage to clean the dishes right away, it was getting tight. Basic herbs plus salt and pepper would be nice.

The location, just at the harbour and the peomenade, easy with kids to go out and not fear about traffic or getting lost. Quick at the various sand beaches, good food options, a supermarket just around the corner.

Bugs (cockroaches) a lot, you have to fix them. Air conditioners above beds, cannot be run during night as directly blowing cold air to face. We were sick from it. Without a/c there was 30+ degrees in the morning. At least some shields you can add there to blow to side

Some things could be better: towels weren’t changed during our 4-night stay, check-in is late (2 p.m.), and the apartment could use basic welcome items like water or coffee. Beds were uncomfortable, and each guest only had one small pillow.

Great location right on the promenade with an amazing sea view from the apartment. The terrace with sun loungers was perfect for relaxing. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for cooking, including coffee-making essentials. Despite being central, it wasn’t too noisy during the week, though weekends can be louder due to nearby bars. Overall, a great spot for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

An amazing location with parking around the building which is enclosed within property. We stayed in a 2 bedroom (212) which was comfortable with super ac in throughout, simple kitchen with cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and pans. It was simply furnished - with non-smart tv but did have some English tv channels, and the living furniture was simple probably not the comfiest but was fine as we didn't spend much time there. Beds were great (single beds), blankets, and extra pillows provided which made them comfortable. The balcony was great - shade in the afternoon with sun beds and table and chairs available. There was a washing machine, dryer available but didn't use the latter. Shower was great. Supermarket just behind and so many choices for restaurants and able to walk along front to choice of sunbeds and also to entrance to the archaeological entrance. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Paphos. Also, housekeeping came into to clean and offered new towels and made beds.

Location is excellent, directly overlooking the sea. We had a first floor seaview (we recommend this option) apartment shops/restaurants are on the ground level but no noise problems. Second floor view would be even better but our view was still great. Free car parking very close to the apartment, first come first served but we always found a space. Apartment was very clean and cleaning lady was lovely. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a good supermarket two minutes walk away. We plan to return.

This was our third stay at these wonderful apartments, and each visit reminds me why we keep returning. The location is second to none, perched perfectly to offer stunning views of the sea from the large private balcony. Even during a rare rainstorm, watching the lightning over the water was stunning. The apartments are spacious, well laid out, and fully equipped with everything you might need. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team who are absolutely fantastic. This place is a true hidden gem, hiding in plain sight, quietly exceeding expectations in every way. We will absolutely be back for a fourth visit.

Great location, felt like I was actually in the Mediterranean sea! Easy check-in procedure, well equipped apartment and daily cleaning. Quite spacious with a superb balcony overlooking the Harbour.

Bed was quite hard but was better with a topper. We found the settee very low and quite uncomfortable to get up from but the armchairs were better.

The location was fabulous with lots of bars, restaurants etc within walking distance. Fantastic views over Paphos harbour and great for people watching from the balcony. Staff were very helpful and dealt with any problems or requests immediately. Kitchen was adequately equipped and lots of storage space in the bedrooms. Living area was a good size. Apartments were serviced 5 times a week. No lift but stairs were fine and someone helped us to take up our cases.

Tip: bring your own slippers, shampoo and shower gel. But honestly, for the price we paid, buying a few basics is more than reasonable.

We stayed here as a couple and absolutely loved it! The apartment is huge — three full rooms just for the two of us. The kitchen is well equipped, and the wrap-around balcony offers a wonderful sea breeze. You can literally smell the sea — it’s that close. The apartment is right on the beachfront, and although there’s a pizzeria downstairs, it closes early enough that it never disturbed us. There are lots of cafes and shops nearby, and a supermarket just steps away. One thing to keep in mind: the power sockets are British-style. We needed an adapter and messaged the host in the evening — they kindly brought one for us the next morning. The only surprise was a few ants — probably because cleaning was delayed due to the Easter holidays. But I found everything I needed to clean in the stairwell and sorted it out quickly. It felt more like a quirky little adventure than a problem, and it definitely didn’t spoil our stay.

Thanks to Helena and the team for yet another fantastic stay. All expectations met as usual and 1st floor request was honoured. Weather was great so able to sit on the huge balcony for breakfast overlooking the promenade and sea. Check in so easy with key being left in secure box outside apartment and the WiFi has been improved since my last visit. Apartment was as always equipped with everything one needs so able to also do a washing. Thanks again and see you next year!
