hotel and facilities are very boring and not updated the water park are very small and not near to the main pool there's a small activities for the kids and they always full, no entertainment in the main pool for them so you find yourself running a lot hhhh, we adults want to rest a couple of hours🤤 the food is great the furniture need upgrade

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. A truly luxurious and immaculate property, while also being very family-friendly. Pros • Everything is spotless and perfectly maintained • Excellent service throughout the stay • Large resort with multiple pools, water games, aqua park, and attractions for children • Several high-quality restaurants to choose from • TV menu is clear and helpful, showing guest account and all available services • The welcome gift was a very nice touch Special mention The service was outstanding from start to finish: from the travel preparation and pre-arranged transportation, to the receptionist, concierge, beach and pool staff. A special thanks to Anastasios, who took great care of us at Il Teatro, one of our favorite restaurants.

I enjoyed every day, the whole vacantion. The breakfast was very good and varied for all tastes. All the restaurants in the evening offered a good menu and a pleasant.

Some minor negative points : the main pool was really overcrowded, and the service by the main pool very slow and not always available. It would have been good to have extra umbrellas to protect from the sun. Also, as there was a heatwave during our stay, more complimentary water by the pool and in the rooms would have been appreciated (8 Euros per bottle of water is abusive). And maybe a small gesture in the room (present, chocolate, etc) for the children, would have made the little difference with other hotels. La Petite Maison restaurant was very disappointing, not to mention the very poor service at The Gallery.

What a lovely experience at Parklane! We were looking for a relaxing resort getaway with our children (4 and 8 yrs old) and we were not disappointed. The welcome on our arrival day was really friendly, the breakfast was excellent (with all choices of food one could possibly imagine), the kids club so well organised, clean and safe, the room and facilities very clean, the gym outstanding with really good, professional trainers, and 4 different pools to choose from (family, children, salt water, adults only). A special thanks to the staff at the kids club, to Anastasios at Il Teatro, and to Charlotte at Lanes breakfast.

The only thing I felt was missing was some more evening entertainment for guests. , and a proper door for the bathroom to allow for more privacy.

Review: I had a wonderful stay at Parklane! The staff were exceptionally kind( escpecially the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room, she was incredibly nice and warm) and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – probably the best I've ever had at a hotel, both in quality and variety. The beachfront was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the sea. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway..

Theee days in a row we had to leave the pool because someone or some one’s child was pooping in the pool. That happened not once, not twice but three times and we had to leave the pool for hours. In addition there was an incident at the sea were it was polluted so practically we couldn’t swim

As others mentioned, breakfast buffet, even though it is quite big, is very limited in variety. Also, if you come towards the end of breakfast, many things are gone and are not replenished. The facilities overall are a bit dated, and the cleaning crew is extremely everpresent on the floors. On multiple occasions, we would wake up at 8 am as a vacuum cleaner was ramming into our door. Lastly, the gym is surprisingly small for such a big hotel, we had to queue to use the machines in weights area.

Beautiful area, very peaceful. Access to different pools, including adults only pool, provides great options. The sea area is clean. Restaurant nammos is amazing! Great food, great service. Spa staff is knowledgeable and were able to suggest the best treatments fitting my skin type. Another point is for the therapists, they were inviting and listed carefully to our needs. The staff at the reception is also very polite, easy to communicate with , and always there to help.

It was an amazing experience, a pampering resort with a kind and charming staff who knew how to pamper us for our birthday and for our wedding. I have no doubt that we will return there again! Score 100

The fact that is quite noisy, I believe that the door bottom part/door frame should be having something to help noise cancellation, you could hear people walking/talking on the floor. Additionally there was some wedding in our last night ( Saturday) and the music was loud and kept going till very late at night.

Something very small but the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel containers did not squirt and had to open the container. Also the seal on the toilet door was hanging off and I re-fitted it.

Breakfast was excellent both in quality and options. Bed extremely comfortable and all staff extremely helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Parklane in Limassol. The resort is luxurious yet very family-friendly, with beautifully designed rooms and top-tier service. Dining was a highlight, especially at Nammos and La Petite Maison. The pools are well-maintained, with a great adults-only area. Our room had a stunning sea view, and everything felt clean and elegant. A few small things, like breakfast variety, could be improved, but overall, this was an exceptional experience. Highly recommend for families and couples alike.

The best team works in Parklane! Thank you Konstantinos for everything. You are the best! Every year we come to Parklane, we have such a warm welcome! Any problems are being solved asap. The rooms are with perfect view! And so clean! The stuff in the restaurant Lanes is very hospitable (hostesses, cooks, waiters and waitresses) Nammos - delicious food, great music and also hospitable stuff. We are always happy to stay in Parklane!

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very nice, big and has everything that a family needs for pleasant vacation. The rooms are very modern, spacious for a family of four and have all the amenities of a five star hotel. The playground was excellent and well maintained. Above all though what made our stay memorable is the staff. From the management, the reception, the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff they are all professionals and attend with kindness your needs. Special thanks to Filios at the restaurant where we had our breakfast as he made our experience better.
