Lovely villa

This place is a paradise. The house is located in one of the best places of Protaras. Lidl is only a 3-minute-long walk away open from 7am til 9pm if you need anything urgently. The best beaches of Cyprus (Fig tree bay/FTB) are about 10-12-minute-long walk away from the spacious, clean and mesmerizing villa. it is well equipped with a washing machine, an oven, a toaster, a dolce gusto coffee machine, an electric kettle and everything you might need. There are plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and chairs outside and a barbecue place we used twice while we were there and made amazing meals on charcoal. There is wifi of course and a tv. You could not feel more at home here. There is a huge beautiful palm tree in the front garden and a fig tree and a lemon tree in the backyard. The best is its peacefulness! It is so calm and peaceful at night and you can sleep very well in the bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 doublebeds and a bathroom with a toilette upstairs. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are brand new with fluffy towels. There are 2 comfortable sofas downstairs with 2 armchairs and an extra sofa with a coffee table. 4 people can easily stay here but even 5 if someone sleeps on the comfortable white sofa downstairs how my colleaugue did. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms and all work perfectly. There is even an extra toilette downstairs. The place we got perfectly clean and tidy and we left it just like that. Buses 101 and 102 drop you almost in front of the house so when you come from Ayia Napa you are home in 1 minute. I just couldn't recommend this house more! My colleague fell in love with it at first sight. We spent a wonderful week here in 2024 July and will definitely return. It is great value for money and it is worth every penny spent. You get clear video instructions how you can find the house and where the key is located in a safe.

The house is located in a quiet area. It is near to the centre, restaurants and supermarkets. It's a comfortable house with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In general, it was clean, but It could be cleaner. The host sent us two videos and explained to us how to get to the house.

The house is old and needs upgrades inside and outside The furniture on the terrace is damaged by the sun. The yard was very messy with grass and various things around. It could be cleaner and more groomed inside and outside.

Finding the property was easy and key left there ready for me. House was clean and stocked with all utensils and electrical items that I would reqiire . A very nice welcome hamper was also waiting for me . Found bed comfortable . Also, the information sheet easy to follow . Very good value for money

The location

All the appliances had faults

The location was good, close to Lidl and an easy walk to the strip and the beach. Also very quiet location, and good communication with the owner.

A little more TLC of the inside of the property would be good, then they could charge more, but perhaps understandable in a holiday let and at that price

Great location, nice big house, lots of space

the house located in the residential area within the relevantly short walk to the main street and also beaches there are plenty of supermarkets and any kind of restaurants nearby working until late at night. parking was available by the house. the host was helpeful and responded to all our messages almost immediately. the house was good for 4 people, spacious equipped with necessary utilities.

everything was fine, the cleaning wished to be a little better. also we had some cockroaches in room. I never seen them to be that huge . The host explained that this is the seasonal matter because of the very hot weather they come to the houses from the nearby fields. The weather was definitely hot, unusual hot as the local said.

Great location, super close to the beach, good covered parking! The host was helpful!

A/C facilities were not working properly, uncomfortable mattresses, the water pressure was low and the bathroom had an obnoxious odour.

Perfect location, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Nice sized house for what we needed.

Overall clean, but the house needs updating, a lot of old tile, old kitchen sink, yard was in need of weeding.

Locations is great, plenty of parking space for two or three cars.

very, very basic, felt like a 40 year old house with very little care. Only one double bed in one room, second room has sofa bed (small and uncomfortable), same as sofa bed in living room, bedding/sheets provided but need upgrading. Towels provided but wouldn’t use them for anything more than the bathroom floor. Kitchen utensils were not the cleanest, sofas and chairs outdated. Needs a massive clean up.

If I had a Cypriot grandmother, she would live in a house like this. Very homey and cozy.

Feels like home! Very comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect! The house is in a quiet neighbourhood yet everything is within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, shops even an amusement park). It is just a 6 minute walk from the best beach in Protaras. Best instructions to the house ever, with a video explaining how to get there, you can't miss it!

The water pressure of the shower is a bit low which makes washing long hair a bit tricky...
