Even though the room was clean, some elements in the bathroom (e.g shower handle) should be changed for hygiene purpose. Also, no elevator is available.

The villas are big and clean, However, for people who plan to cook more, there wasn’t kitchen ware, and no stove, only a small kettle We gave 8 instead of 10 just because a few small things could be better – for example, some furniture could use a little refresh, maybe more kitchen items, and a bit more atention to small details in maintanance. But these are just little things and didn’t ruin our stay at all.

We had a really nice stay at these villas near the beach in Cyprus. The location is great, just a short walk to a sandy beach with cristal clear water, perfect for a swiming with kids. The area is quiet but still close enough to some nice small shops and a sea front promenade.. We are a family with a toddler, and while the villa was spacious, the steap stairs inside are not really ideal for babies or small kids, so we had to be extra carefull. . .

There were not enough sun beds and most of them were broken. The staff was not aware of what they were doing. The bathroom’s and furniture seriously need renovating and they supplied coffee and tea but no kettle. Also, the outdoor bathrooms by the pool were flooded. Lastly, our room’s sliding door was really hard to open.

No kitchen cutlery, no kitchen equipment, no soap in kitchen, basic staff needed for long stay. No hairdryer. No lifeguard in swimming pool area! Drinks are not included in half board bookings.

Location is perfect. Close to Supermarket and Restaurants/ Cafes. Close to beach. Renovated Toilet/Bath was very good. Well air conditioned areas. Clean and Comfortable stay.

The staff was very unprofessional. Breakfast was not good as we are allergic for gluten. The staff told us that this wouldn’t be a problem. Sadly, it was.. The freezer was broken, and there was no towel for the ground in the bathroom.

We went for a wedding that was held very close by so the location was perfect. The room/apartment was big and comfortable to terraces spread on two floors. The AC was very well functioning.

The hotel was within walking distance to a beach which was great. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast had a decent amount of options. Overall it is great value for money.

Rooms needed an update. Pool was filthy, it had a dirty line all the way around. No service at the pool bar.

it could be placed one more towel for the foot, ashtrey also may be added on the balcony, and one line for clothes to dry, plug inn under the mirror had a problem and it was not possible to use it, it was problem to dry hair at the kitchen area without mirror, no plug inns next to the bed(((( iron was throwing smth black from inside and we destroy our clothes

normal breakfast , nothing special as everywhere the same, tasty, coffe disgusting, water had a weird taste. you will not stay hungry it is varioty of choice, we had amazing view from our room but it was very hot, room 202, plenty of space, conditioner veeeeery old and noisy and you can hear other conditioners working, good - there is supermarket under the hotel, good water pressure in the shower BUT almost nothing at the sink

The temperature in the rooms on the upper floor is very high and the air conditioner was unable to cool the room, the time to use the dinner was very short only an hour and a half from 18-19:30h

The courtyard and pool are depressing: the spokes of the umbrellas are torn off, the shades of the lamps are broken and half of them do not light in the evenings. The kitchen corner in the room is a rusty stove (I attach a photo), in the drawers there are glasses, various plates, forks, knives and 1(!) saucepan. The manager and owner of the hotel are absolutely uncommunicative and unfriendly! The only good thing about the hotel, which can be seen from the reviews (all good reviews are only from rooms with sea views) are the rooms with sea views, BUT!!! During the 4 days that we spent there, 3 out of 4 of these rooms were vacant, although we asked to be moved with an additional payment from the first day. The only answer we heard was NO, without any explanation. There was a nasty feeling that they simply didn’t like my family... On this trip, we stayed at a hotel where the air conditioning system failed in the extreme heat. I rated the hotel a 10 because the management behaved like a 20! The way customers are treated in this apart hotel is a complete disappointment...

All the kitchen staff are great. A cafe overlooking the sea with excellent service and food prepared by the hotel chef.
