Beautiful villa just like the pictures. Pool a little smaller than expected but big enough for all of us. Very good communication from the management team before and during our stay.

Dishwasher did not work well. They sent people to replace salt and rinsing aid and it still would not clean the the pots. We did not report again as we only ate at the villa for breakfast so hand washed those pots.

A very beautiful and modern villa is located within walking distance of the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Very quiet place and recommended for a family holiday. The pool measures 4*8 meters and is quite shallow, so it is intended for smaller children. The maximum depth of the pool is 160 cm. Cleaning and changing the bed linen in the middle of the stay is a good thing.

when we arrived, the yard had not been cleaned, but upon our complaint, a man immediately came to clean it. The dishwasher does not wash well. There are no towels for the pool. The furniture in the yard is broken and dilapidated.

Great location. Modern decor. 5 minute walk to nearest mini-market, 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the beach and water sports centre. Beach really lovely, nice walk way along the see front that you can get all the way to Fig Tree bay 1.5 hours ish each way. Villa in a quiet location. AC in every bedroom and living room. There’s an additional electricity usage deposit which i guess is for over use of the AC, but we had nothing taken from the deposit, so not a problem. Felt a very safe area to let our teenage kids walk out on their own to the shops etc. We had a hire car, but only needed this for trips to large supermarkets, (Lidl, Metro and Kokkinos), which aren’t walking distance. Bottle of wine, bread and milk in the kitchen on arrival. Cleaning lady changed the towels and remade the beds half way through our stay. Pool guy came a couple of times. Villa owner / manager set up a WhatsApp group with me before we arrived, and were quick to get back with any questions.

Dish washer wasnt very effective. So just washed everything by hand. Matresses on the beds were OK but not the best.

This is a modern villa with a great layout. The location was perfect, quiet with no through traffic but close enough to the local amenities/beach etc. Communications with the team supporting the villa was excellent (both prior to and during our stay) and we had everything we needed prior to arrival. The villa had been cleaned to a high standard on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised when there was a mid-stay linen change and clean of the villa. The bed sheets and towels are better than average quality.

Although the villa is a lovely place top stay, it just needed a little more attention in places. The dishwasher had rusty and broken shelves. It wasn't washing anything on the lower level. We reported this and there was a very prompt response. Maintenance was onsite the same day, took further photos but declared the dishwasher working from a quick (5min test). Ultimately we were informed the dishwasher was obsolete and nothing further was done over our stay. We did manage to get it working for the latter half but the support was disappointing. The bushes surrounding the pool/patio area were overgrown. There were weeds in the borders (some 4ft high) and finally, there were also old sun loungers left down the side of the villa all of which detracted from what would be a very pleasant area to relax in.

open plan kitchin, lounge and to see out to the pool and patio area. a great location for local restaurants which were a delight and we found the cut through to the beach which is to the left at the back of the property alongside the car park.

maybe a lounge area rug to take away the chill of an evening as more homely

1- It was required more attention on maintenance. 2- pool dimensions were given wrong.
