Most other guests were all inclusive and staff were efficient in meeting their needs. We had some difficulty explaining that we were B&B and needed to pay at bar and could use restaurants without exchanging a voucher. Generally settled amicably but would suggest staff briefing on that rare animal: B&B client. Didn't detract from having an excellent time here.

Rooms were good and well serviced. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Entertainment was good. Location was very good with boardwalk access to the beach. The two a la carte restaurants onsite were excellent and worth visiting. Some good local restaurants a short walk away.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, help yourself. Location was ideal for our visit to Cyprus Rocks 2024 festival.

The shower we had in our daughters room was not easy to operate

All the facilities were neatly laid out throughout the resort always clean and tidy.

No direct beach access, beach next to the hotel is too closed off and crowded. Sea access in front of hotel is not nice at all. Although tidy, the hotel could use a deep cleanse. If you look closely the rooms are not as clean as you would like. Especially in the bar area, chairs were never even wiped through the day, sitting on them at night felt downright nasty. Food in buffet was not good at all. All meats tasted like dish rag and had weird texture, pasta was always over done and sauces watery. I have no clue how you can mess up all kinds of potato so bad, but they did. All desserts were way too sweet, not just the greek/turkish ones that are soaked in syrup by design. Most items on salad buffet were already seasoned and not very well. Everything was just dumped straight from can. Breakfasts and fruit were pretty good. There is no place to sit at night, have a drink and enjoy conversation. The “entertainment” was way too loud and no other place to sit.

The staff is the hotel’s biggest asset. Nice renovated spacious rooms. Amazing view. Located right on the promenade leading to Protaras. Ala carte restaurants. Functioning air conditioning. Dedicated adults only pool. No mosquitos, lots of flies though.

Alcohol selection wasn’t the best for an all inclusive - Prosecco not on all inclusive and some terrible tasting local spirits

Staff very eager to remove plates before you had finished eating.

Lovely, clean, friendly staff always helpful, pools were kept clean and a good size with separate family and adult only areas. Good selection of food differing every night good choice for children, good local drink produce.

Room had a fantastic view, modern and extremely clean. Location of property is right by the sea. Friendly hardworking staff, great food and drinks choice. Entertainment varied and good fun!

The entertainment late and into the early hours kept many guests awake and it was impossible to shut out the noise of bingo etc.

Rooms could be bigger. No shuttle straight to location, taxi costs around 70€.

Pretty much everything. The location, the food. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The beach was amazing too. Our kids loved every minute of their stay.
