Some of the decor and furnishings are a little tired in places but this didn't affect our stay at all.

The villa was great, clean, good facilities. Very close to the rocky beach and a reasonable walk to the sandy beach which is nice and secluded. The pool and garden were great, as was the outdoor kitchen. Our pool wasn't heated but we were still able to use it most days in mid-april. Michael was brilliant! We had a few very minor things that needed sorting in the villa when we arrived, which he did right away. He also booked our taxi transfer for us to the airport and was generally there to check all was well and if we needed anything.

We were a group of 12, we took two villas and we loved the privacy and heated pool. We will be back as its great for families.

A very small detail that was sorted out later - on the first day we didn't understand (couldn't find, although we were shown) how to keep the water hot, but on the second day we got it and the rest of the stay was no problem.

Very helpful host, helped with other travel issues. Very spacious villa, we could accommodate 8 people - good layout. Close to the sea, although not a beach, it was suitable for a walk along the coast (rocks).

Very clean property. Good location, but best with a car. The pool was great even in the winter if you get it heated. Comfy and was great for our party of 2 adults 4 kids.

Whilst the sea views from the upper balconies were lovely, there was no view of the sea from the ground floor or garden/pool area.

The villa was very easy to live in for a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young children. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The outside space was relatively compact but very adequate with separate areas. Perfectly sized pool (larger than expected) and although pool heating was expensive it was well worth it. Michael, the manager, was excellent.

Hot water - sometimes there was, sometimes not. Probably depended on the weather.

The size of the house, large kitchen, proximity to the sea, possibility of having a barbecue. When we had a problem with one of the toilets, the Owner fixed it immediately.

Gorgeous place with easy access to the beach; the villa is huge and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The view from the top floor is breathtaking, and we had breakfast and stayed on the yard. It was easy to get food and grocery delivery; and the city was a 10-15 ride so went shopping a few times as well. We wanted to stay and use the pool but had an accident and needed to leave early. Michal’s made several accommodations for us, and we appreciate him very much. He was a warm and graceful host, always available when we needed him. Highly recommend this villa stay, especially for groups and families.

I liked everything so no negatives from me.

Location is perfect near to Protaras and Coral Bay beaches. Had car so easy access to everywhere but bus service was also very good and frequent.

The road into and out from the villa is very tight and requires extra manoeuvres to get out.

A little far from nearest supermarket. Upholstering on dining room chairs and sofas should be a cooler cotton fabric as it’s too hot to sit on.

It's a small thing but we would have benefitted from the kitchen having an extra chopping board or two. There was only one so we had to be creative with veg and meat prep.

The villa was beautiful. The pool was wonderful and the planting was gorgeous. We really enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ and table on the terrace and the balconies were great for toasting the sunset and watching the waves. Michael, our host, was very helpful and made us feel very looked after. Many thanks for arranging a last minute late check out for some of our party.

Nothing at all, it was lovely.

Superb villa, very comfortable and quiet. It has a beautiful private pool that we enjoyed most days (it was 31-32 degrees). Easy to find bus stops and local markets, we ate in excellent different restaurants each night, all within walking distance. Michael was an excellent host and very accommodating.

The beach in the photos next to the villa was difficult to access for swimming - so you really had to walk / drive to swim in the sea. We stayed for 9 nights and there was no cleaning service - not even the bins were emptied or towels / bed sheets changed which I would have expected for a stay of this length. I ended up washing the towels myself.

Villa was clean on arrival and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Its location was great with easy access to many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and a short drive into Paphos and the beaches. The pool was clean and a lovely size.

While our experience at Platzia Beach Villas was largely delightful, there were a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The villa itself, although beautifully situated by the sea, occasionally faced issues with connectivity which, despite the prompt installation of a Wi-Fi extender by Michael, occasionally interrupted our online activities. Additionally, while the overall maintenance of the villa was excellent, some of the outdoor furniture showed signs of wear and could be refreshed to match the high standards of the rest of the facilities. Addressing these small details would make the stay absolutely flawless.

Our stay at Platzia Beach Villas was truly unforgettable, largely due to its phenomenal location. Nestled right by the sea, the villa offered breathtaking views that greeted us each morning and enchanted us under the starry skies each night. The soothing sounds of the waves added a natural melody to our days, enhancing the tranquil and luxurious atmosphere of our surroundings. The villa's proximity to the sea not only provided stunning vistas but also easy access to the beach for relaxing walks and peaceful moments by the water. This perfect setting, combined with the villa's amenities and the exceptional hospitality from Michael, the villa manager, made our experience deeply satisfying and incredibly relaxing.

Amazing property, very large for a big group of people. You can watch sun setting by the pool or walk down to the seafront and watch the sunrise. Plenty of cutlery and plates.
