The villa was great large and spacious perfect for our family

The property was spotless clean, beautiful decorated. Every detail had been thought of — from the well-equipped kitchen to the super-comfy beds. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our hosts were outstanding — friendly, responsive, and clearly passionate about making guests feel at home. The welcome platter with fresh watermelon was such a lovely touch. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already planning our return.

Polyxenia suites treated us like family! 5* resort ! There were drinks cut watermelon in the fridge and wine! At an amazing price! The hospitality and cleanliness next to none! The kleftiko and souvla were mouth watering thank you Marko! Bravo Dina and thank you for an unforgettable holiday!!! What are you waiting for? Book it!!!

To start with, Dina is a phenomenal host. Before we even arrived, she was available on phone and WhatsApp when I got lost on the way from the airport. She escorted us on the phone all the way until we reached the place. The place is fantastic. She is an attentive host. Helped with everything!

The location was perfect with a fantastic view off the balcony. The staff and in particular Dinah were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were plentiful and the food was very good.

(Almost) perfect place to spend a lazy, luxury week in the Mediterranean out of high season.

Extreme music noise till 3 in the night. There is no hours of silence in Cyprus :(

Very well equipped villa with a lovely pool!

Fantastic location , very comfortable , fantastic owner , no one staying before so we could check in as early as we liked and same when we left , as no one was coming in , everything you need for a brilliant stay

The apartments were a great size and the views across the sea beach area were exceptional 👌

The resort itself was all closed up so made it hard to get some of the goods and services we needed

The villa was exceptional - spacious, comfortably furnished, and clean. The private pool is the perfect size for cooling off, and the resort pool and a lovely bay within a 1 minute walk. We had a minor issue with a bed and the owners were responsive and went out of their way to fix (even though it was not a big issue). Close enough to excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a slightly longer (30 min) but very pleasant seafront walk into Protaras. We will definitely be back.

Friendliness of the staff and location was perfect

Everything about this villa is amazing. The Villa is extremely clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, it is equipped with 5 air conditioners and the pool is perfect. The beach is literally only 1min walk away from the villa and we managed to see sea turtles several times snorkeling from this beach. Every day we had a cleaner come in and change new towels and bedding etc. Shops and restaurants are all just few streets away and ofc polyxenia restaurant is just out the door. 100% worth every penny.

We flew in late but the owners were amazing and waited for us to arrive. Really friendly and welcoming which put us at ease and made the whole process to check in super easy. Dina was amazing, came and introduced herself to us, gave us top tips and advice around the area and also was really accommodating to us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we need. Thank you Dina!

We liked everything!

Tina was a lovely host and available whenever we needed her. She responded quickly to emails throughout the booking process and was very accommodating to our requests, including a 4pm check-out. Good WIFI and added bonus of being able to access Netflix on the TV. The villa was well furnished with beautiful artworks throughout. Lovely clean and sunny outside area with a decent sized pool which was well maintained. Lots of seating including sunbeds available. This was a wonderful location with easy parking and so much to explore in the area with some really good restaurants and bars.

Cleaner came in most mornings which was a bonus so the villa was spotless and we always had clean towels but at times when we were all in it could feel a little intrusive. The outside area was very open plan on both sides of the villa so gates perhaps would have provided some privacy. .

Excellent, food, location and staff

We have had a wonderful family holiday in Polyxenia's villa. Fantastic location, our favourite little corner of Pernera. So close to the beach and beautiful green area by Polyxenia restaurant.

The view was spectacular. I chose off season as I wanted peace and quiet. The apartment is lovely, spacious and with 270-degree panoramic view, the pictures don't really do it much justice, it is simply breath taking.

On arrival the doors and windows needed to be open to provide fresh air and disperse an unpleasant odor. Air fresheners and ventilation are required prior to guests arrival
