The view from the balcony there was a washing machine, crisp white towels and bedding Kitchen well equipped Hair dryer

No hot or cold water for showering for 3 days! The electric breaker kept tripping on the water pump. Greedy company asking for €50 for a 7pm checkout even though they knew about the water situation! Bad pillows No sheet so had to use duvet cover with duvet taken out. Dirty shower curtain which wasn’t long enough, so ensuite smelt damp Needs updated, leather on the sofa peeling, cracked and peeling paint, loose door handles. Needs a good overhaul

Paving and grills around pool needs attention, trip hazards

The property was really clean, spacious, fully stocked with cutlery, plates and a nice welcome pack e.g. bread, wine, juice, milk

Lack of sunbeds and umbrellas to use around the pool. Only 1 sunbed and 1 umbrella

Clean, provisions left in fridge for arrival, mid stay clean (sheets and towels changed). Late checkout on last day was very helpful as theres absolutely no where to leave your luggage if you have a later departure flight. Balcony was big as we had a corner apartment, sun beds on balcony for use at the pool if you wanted to use it. Very professionally managed, sent a what's app group for contact with any problems, always answered any questions promptly. We only used the bed and shower in one bedroom and 2 cups fir a coffee but there was everything needed if you wanted to self cater. Good value.

Location, very dark road to get to apartment, have to use a torch, felt unsafe returning late, its full of rubbish in the sides and theres no other option to use. There's an area right outside the block where someone leaves food for stray cats, it's very dirty ots no reflection on the apartment itself but because of yhe cat droppings and rubbish that road is full of flies which land on you. The road is only about 150mtrs long ok if you hurry but it really put us off the location. Apartment block is run down damaged and crumbling walls with paint coming off. Dirty corridor by lift etc stains on floor. This is not a 'holiday complex' its private residential apartment block with a pool. Pool area disappointing, area round pool is just paved there are 4 broken sunbeds and a broken umbrella by it, that's all. We didn't use the pool as surroundings are not holiday complex so would have felt uncomfortable sitting there on our own. The pictures on the advert are not accurate, it says there are 2 leather settees but there's an L shaped settee with a cover/thrown on it assume the photos are quite old.There is some bodged repairs to the base of one of the toilets and the basin tap was loose, although when pointed out to the rep they did offer to come out and repair. The apartment is very dated and pictures are a bit misleading, if anyone is looking for a holiday complex type situation or has small children I would not recommend. In summary, apartment is well managed, clean (inside), quite comfortable and good value for money, however the previous review scores of 10 are very surprising and unfortunately I would not stay again.
