The service at the pool bar needs to improve. You need to wait for a long time for someone to serve you. In general the staff was very helpful but the attitude of a specific female staff member (the only lady with dark hair) serving both at the pool bar and breakfast was very rude so I left with a very bad impression about the staff.

The swimming pools were excellent especially the kids pool, breakfast was very decent, great location.

Kids pool was dirty at all days. You can clearly see dead insects and dirt at the bottom of the pool. Adult's pool was clean.

Only very small thing was that people were reserving sunbeds with towels so quite limited sunbeds. I appreciate there isn't much that can be done about this.

The room was lovely and clean with good quality bed, furniture, Air Conditioning bathroom. The breakfast was very tasty and good variety. We loved the swimming pools, great temperature and size for a relaxing bath. The staff were amazing, particularly the helpful Kyriakos behind the reception desk.

The fact that Paphos has alot off Building work going on atm....Construction sites...which means that we have definitely decided we will be back within 5years to see the updates 🧡 xxx

The location was ideal...Especially for us NOT having been to Paphos before....the Temperature of both pools was amazing, just lovely(One slightly colder to cool off) We met so many people on this holiday that were so so friendly...from Angela on Reception to Irina on the floor the other Ukraine and Solvankia girls (didn't catch their names) , were awesome ...the Boardwalk is so good , my other half Ran it 4times in one week and we walked it most nights After dinner...keep doing what your doing 🥰👌🏻

- not much place and noisy if you take breakfast at 9 o clock - no rest - there was no bath stop, so we could only take a shower, despite the facility was there.. - the fridge makes a lot of noise - people leave towels on the chairs even if they weren’t there, so other people have no place left to relax in the afternoon at the pool

Some rooms have a construction just opposite the windows. It can be loud and dusty during the day, but that's just for some of the rooms.

New clean hotel right in the center of the city with 10-minute walk to the sea and the mall. Good breakfast and dinners, I suggest getting half-board since the food was good and delicious for that price. New, clean kitchen and friendly staff. Two new clean pools.

The pools were advertised as an adult only pool and a kids pool but everyday the “adults” pool was full of very young kids. At one point kids faeces had to be taken out of the pool- this should be taken off of booking.com if this is not the case with the pool.

The rooms had good air con, beds were comfy and rooms were cleaned with fresh towels everyday. In addition they offer late check out you can pay for.

Nearby bars can be laud even after midnight. We had to request a room change because of this after the second awful night. Luckily they were able to manage this despite the hotel being full. You may consider requesting a room that is not street facing if you cannot sleep from noises. There is also a construction area next to the hotel and the morning room service cleaning routine can be also noise when it starts. Also, for some reason the chairs are the heavy type ones, the ones that are very noisy when moved. It is like a school class living above you if you are unlucky.

Relative good location. Though if you want fine beaches you need to go a bit further, but the bus connections and traveling by foot are working just fine. Reception called me back on my cellphone when I requested some info. Very friendly staff. AC working fine. Breakfast is nice. Jogging around the nearby beach area at sundown is very nice. Venus beach and Coral Beach are easily reachable. Archeological area in the near. Fine restaurants in the near. Room change request and taxi order request was handled well.

We chose all inclusive option, but felt that it wasn't very well explained what is included. We received a brochure with general information, but would appreciate more details on drinks, snacks, etc. Moreover, while everything was generally clean, the pool area could be better cleaned daily (e.g. removing bird poop from sun loungers and floor).

Overall our experience in the hotel was great, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. We liked that it wasn't too crowded. The location of the hotel is very convenient. We would recommend it for a holiday stay!

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Harbour, and the bus stops for easy access around town Our studio was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean.
