Beautiful modern, spacious villa. Very clean and well cared for.

Loved the property but if I were to choose one thing to make it even better, it would be to put mirrors in the bedrooms so you can dry and style your hair in the mirror as you can’t plug your hair appliances in the bathroom.

I liked the villa it was everything that I wanted it to be. It was well equipped, gas BBQ. Some items left in the fridge for us, really nice touch and helped us.

Only 4 sun beds, we needed an extra 1. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms so made it difficult for ladies to get ready.

Great property with lovely pool & hot tub! Car would be recommended as it is quite far out from Protaras, but around a 5 minute walk into Panera. I would absolutely recommended Almaria, it was the perfect base for us; we will definitely be returning! Communication from the company was great too!

The curtain tracks in the main bedroom where broken, this meant we where woke at 7am every morning due to the sun. No hoover in Villa, there was a sweeping brush but no dust pan. This made it really difficult to clean the floors, after a beach day it was a total nightmare. Very minimal things though, everything else was great!

We loved the premises and overall privacy! Great place to stay with friends and family!

The only complaint would be poor Internet connection and reception, especially in the lower level room, making it difficult to use the TV/ Netflix and to make calls.

The location of the villa was nice, the pool area too We liked the bedrooms and that they each had their own bathrooms and the availability of a dishwasher and washing machine

The hosts are what threw us off. First, the jacuzzi was set to a specific temperature, which was inconvenient as it was cold and we needed to make it warmer. When contacting the hosts about this, they completely ignored us. There were no towels for the pools, just for the shower, which does not make sense given that there was a pool and jacuzzi. They made us pay extra for towels. When delivering the towels, the woman came in uninvited despite us not opening the door all the way which made us extremely uncomfortable. She then mentioned that we had a specific amount of electricity consumption, and took a 400 euro deposit that was nowhere mentioned before. Keep in mind that this was our fourth day of stay, and we did not know of any of this previously. When checking out we had been previously told that we could do late check out for a fee. When we contacted them to tell them that we would like to make use of that option, they did not reply until the day of the check out, an hour before, and said that the villa was booked for another group. They took all of the deposit because we allegedly reached the electricity cap, but no proof of this was shown even after we asked for it. Very sad to see this treatment given that the villa is nice and has a nice location, but I definitely will not be booking again. Save your money.

The property was lovely, clean and spacious. The pool was excellent. The villa had everything you need and the kitchen was well equipped. The villa is situated in a quiet and private cul-de-sac.

The fridge didn’t get as cold as it should. We didn’t use the hot tub, as it wasn’t as clean as we would have expected and it smelt of strong chemicals.
