Austria9 arvustust3 hinnatud abistavaks„Old, drafty & neglected apartment on a busy main street with no sound insulation”The apartment had no sound insulation and was located on a busy main street, there was permanent noise. The kitchen was old and filthy with a non fuctioning stove top, it was replaced 3 days later. On arrival we had no instructions on the aircondition and TV, we figured it out on our own. The BBQ grill was old & rusty with no utensils, the laundry stand broken & the apartment was drafty and cold due to a broken rubber seal on the entrance door. The bathroom doors have been dissolved on the bottom due to water damage. In the garden the lawn was so overgrown that we could not sit in it, we had to trim thorning bushes along the walk way to avoid getting scratched. We requested sunbeds, when they arrived they were dirty with bird excrements. Unfortunately there were two construction sites close to the property, too that contributed to the noise. The apartment was neglected & so we felt, too. Our complaints to the management about these issues have been ignored.
