The accommodation is excellent — clean and comfortable. It’s very well equipped, so we felt right at home. Andreas is a wonderful host who gave us a very warm welcome. It’s the perfect choice for a peaceful family vacation, away from the crowds, yet only 15 minutes from all the happenings in the center of Larnaca. We definitely plan to come again.

The location is great for us. Pula is a quiet place, easy to reach by direct 425 bus from Larnaca airport for few euros or taxi for 25-30 euros, if you decided not to rent a car. The beach is close and sandy, we prefer it to pebbles. The water is clean and transparent. Our apartment had everything we might need for our vacation: table games, sun umbrella, beach ball and many more) Equipment and kitchen appliances were also above any expectations. Welcoming set of water, wine and snacks were really warming. And the terrace) my favorite spot! Andreas is a great host, always eager and willing to to help with anything. Thank you so much for our great time in Pyla!

There is absolutely nothing "bad", just some positive feedback only :) *When the bed(s) will be replaced some day in the future : Boxspring beds also suitable for people approximately 2 meters tall would be awesome and a good investment :)

Very friendly and helpful host, quiet and relaxing area where you can hear birds sing! Everything has really been thought of to make you feel comfortable in this very nice and cosy apartment. Unfortunately a plumbing problem arose for which no one was to blame; it happend on a sunday morning when you don't want to disturb anyone the most, according to me, but Andreas immediately came to "the rescue", and solved it very quick and professional! When all was fine again we toasted with something to drink, could laugh a little about it, and for ever we have a good story to tell :) Thank you so much for everything and my pleasant stay. Nice, comfortable apartment, provided with pretty much everything we needed. Close to the beach, bus stop and anything important in the area. Really calm, quiet and safe surroundings, not many people on the beach either which worked for us. The sofa wasn't that big for sleeping on it, but it still kinda worked, the main bed was fine.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The host attempts to secure air-conditioning remote on the wall so that you cannot adjust fan speed.

Hard to find anything negative, really. A bit unusual for us that you cannot throw any toilet paper into the toilet bowl, but it's a general rule in Cyprus I guess. I also wasn't happy with local driving style and parking habits, but this has nothing to do with the apartment. The place is as close to being perfect as it gets.

It's a perfect place for singles, couples or small families. The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable living. Everything you need is there. The living room, the kitchen, a bathroom and an separate, comfy bedroom with huge bed and comfy mattress. There is a big washing machine and a drying rack, too. The wi-fi is working well. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal - plenty of pots and utensils, a 4-burner hob with hood, a proper sink, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, etc. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, there is one of the best local taverns just across the street (Pylion) with fresh seafood. The neighbourhood is quiet, rather private and pleasant. There are beach mats and an umbrella in the wardrobe. You cannot see the sea directly from here, but it's a 4 minutes walk to the beach. The weather is kind of guaranteed in here. The apartment we were staying at was facing north, which meant that we didn't get much sun during the day. This might be a minor disadvantage in October, but most likely will be a huge advantage in the middle of the summer when it's getting very hot around here. The apartment is fully A/C'd but we didn't turn it on even once in October (it was around 28*C and we liked that). The host is a great guy - very helpful, always nice to talk to, but also not too intrusive. Easy access to Larnaca and airport with bus line 425 (bust stop Lordos/Golden Beach, €2,00 a trip). There are bicycle/car rentals and supermarkets very close by. Quite a few pubs, disco-bars and even a bowling place, too. It's a perfect spot for a week or 2-week vacation in Cyprus. Highly recommended. Just watch out not to get too much sunshine on your first days.
