I had the most amazing stay at the Regency Boutique Hotel! The difference between an excellent stay and a truly outstanding one is always the people—and the staff here made it absolutely unforgettable. Every single member of the team went above and beyond with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. The pool area was so relaxing—perfect for unwinding. A very special thank you to Samir for the extra time, care, and attention that really made me feel at home. This hotel is a true gem. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning.

There were a very loud construction site next to the pool area. They were demolishing the hose next door and it was so loud you could not hear each other screaming.

The only minor thing to be aware of is that, depending on your room and sensitivity to noise, occasional sounds from nearby traffic or construction might be noticeable. However, it didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The hotel itself was spotless and everything was so thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the laundry room, the supplies in the room and the great facilities by the pool, including showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. The location couldn’t be better, everything needed was within walking distance, and it’s the perfect base to explore the area. The breakfast concept was also fantastic: you can choose one à la carte dish and still enjoy a buffet with plenty of fresh options. Everything I tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After just a few days, they even remembered our coffee orders, and one day we overlooked the kitchen’s closing time, but the staff still kindly brought us a small snack to the pool - such great service! Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

You don’t have irons in the room but they do provide them.

Location perfect, building new and super clean. I loved that they had a balcony such a nice touch . There is also a launderette which is insane as its a summer destination washing is a must

The only minor inconvenience was the noise from the nearby construction, which is understandably not the hotel's fault. Everything else was perfect.

I really couldn’t say much on what I didn’t like. I would say that the breakfast was a little limited but everything else was amazing.

It was very well cleaned everyday. The facilities were good. The staff were really friendly and always attentive. The pool area was very relaxing and was a lovely place to be. Would definitely come again.

There were ants 🐜 in the room, although the working team cleaned multiple times - so we couldn't leave any food on the kitchenette top or even in the fridge. The bare minimum is provided in the room (no tissue box, no landline phone, also no luggage bag rack..)

Staff are friendly and helpful, the location is close to many great restaurants, and to Pafos Bay, there are available parking spots at the hotel. The room design is modern . Nespresso machine is available and 2 free welcoming small wine bottles.

- The shower had no door, no curtain, and no enclosure of any kind. - You could see mold in the bathroom area and even with the windows open there was a smell of mold in the room. - No insect net on the window therefore there were mosquitos and bugs in

Breakfast was brilliant. Huge choice of juice, fruit, meat and cheeses plus a range of cooked breakfasts. Pool was ideal, parking was easy and secure. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Very close to beach and town centre. Friendly cats. Complimentary wine, water and coffee in room.

We liked everything!

We stayed 3 nights in Regency Boutique Hotel - hotel is quite new, stylish and got everything we need. Breakfast was delicious, and cocktails by the pool is everything we wanted for our weekend getaway. Compliments to your staff member form Lithuania - polite, friendly and helped with some information.
