Although the hosts state that the villa facilities is basic, we were missing things like kitchen towels, a cloth to clean the kitchen countertop, plastic bags for garbage, a dish drying rack, foot towels for the bathroom, a small rack to put toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom... small things... but significant for a stay of a few days.

The villa is beautiful, the pool is large and spacious, the rooms are large and comfortable, the beds are comfortable, excellent air conditioning, spacious and beautiful bathrooms, the location is quiet and perfect, there are supermarkets nearby, the staff responds quite quickly.

I have stayed in many villas, especially in Cyprus, and this was the first time I felt that the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been. When traveling with family—especially with children—you expect the place to be spotless. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The countertops weren’t properly cleaned, and in one of the bedrooms we found used contact lenses and cherry pits on the nightstand. Everything else about the villa was truly excellent, and we would gladly stay again. I’m only mentioning this in the hope that some feedback can be given to the cleaning team, as a better cleaning standard would make the experience perfect.

The property is located in a good , quite area. We stayed 8 adults with kids and was perfect. The communication was perfect. Nice pool amd big living room.

, Amazing Villa in Paralimni ! price was awesome too! only about 90$ per night for this huge super clean and spacious villa! 4 bedrooms in upper floor , 2 with ensuite, plus another bathroom in the hallway. ground floor has a highly equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining room. pool is super clean but unfortunately not heated and therefore not usable in the winter. very clear instructions for check in and use of the facilities . i highly recommend Sanders mythical blue villas for your next stay in western Cyprus!

Not enough sun beds for 8 people not enough seating in the lounge or kitchen stools could’ve done with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds . Tiles by swimming pool loose . In bedrooms no dressing table to put our stuff on (make up ,perfume etc) not very private when in pool everyone could see us in the pool. Unsure how safe leaving the villa at night was. The gate swung open in the wind leaving us vulnerable

Lack of outdoor furniture, only 3 basic sunbeds for 8 of us. No umbrella, we contacted the office who told us it had been broken, we bought one for 30 euros. A new umbrella did arrive on day 4 of our holiday, this wasn't communicated to us. No where to dry towels, costumes. I had to use back of chairs. Lack of equipment and kitchen utensils, 3 coat hangers for 2 people. Huge double beds but only 1 very small pillow provided per person. Bread knife was the only knife, very difficult to cut fruit and veg, no serving plates or bowels. I served up a salad in a saucepan. No working bbq, which is such a shame for a large outdoor space.. Not enough seating in lounge area. The villa is so close to being perfect, need to think about those everyday essentials for a comfortable stay for large groups. We left salt and pepper, oil, water, inflatables for the next people to enjoy.

The villa was very clean and spacious. Finished to a very high standard. Huge double beds. Pool very good size and sun on pool most of the day.. Close to bars and restaurants, pool bar and beach 15 minutes walk. Top of the range electrical equipment. Changes have been made from previous reviews, such as toilet rolls, soap, washing up liquid was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is positioned on a road, not much traffic, occasional person walking by, plants will grow to eventually provide more privacy.

Due to the fact that the villas are adjacent to each other it does not provide adequate privacy. Especially if there are families with young kids next to your villa. Otherwise it is nice and quiet. Would not recommend for parties and "loud" gatherings. It is stated in the terms and conditions anyhow.

Everything about this property was amazing. Ergonomic spaces, spotless clean, on-time communication and fully equipped kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms made our weekend as comfortable as it could get. Georgia, the host , made sure everything was in order and her politeness and care was really satisfying.

Despite booking a four-bedroom accommodation, one of the bedrooms had a broken air conditioner (observed to emit warm air instead of the expected cool temperature). Sleeping in that room was unbearable so we had to move the mattress to another room to sleep comfortably.

It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The outdoor area with the pool was very pretty. Also, the location was great and easy to find.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The accommodation was very dirty to the point that we felt disgusted. There were long hairs everywhere, even clumped together in places, and the fridge was still dirty from the previous guests. We even found empty water bottles inside the bedroom cupboards. There were no face towels provided, and some of the bath towels we received were soaking wet while one was visibly dirty. Inside the kitchen cupboards we noticed dirt that looked like cockroach droppings, which was very unhygienic. There was no privacy at all since the veranda table is directly on the street, the wall of the house is very low, and there is no fence to offer even minimal coverage. Around the pool, some tiles were loose, and one of us actually slipped and fell into the pool, which was dangerous. When we first entered the house, we even found the vacuum cleaner left in the middle of the room, but despite that, the floor was still dirty. The sofa that one of us was supposed to sleep on was extremely unclean, with no sheets or pillow provided. Overall, our experience was very unpleasant. No matter what we tried to do, we couldn’t relax because everything felt dirty and uncomfortable. We also tried to contact the property, and they asked us to send photos as proof, which we did. However, after providing the evidence, they never replied.

Where to start? We check in at the house and we found a full mess the pool area was uncleaned full of trash, the kitchen was uncleaned and many more.. 1.The yard was dirty, with old balloons and debris left unattended. 2. More than 5.cockroaches were found inside the kitchen shelves. 3.Towels provided are dirty and improperly stored. 4.No shampoo, hand soap, or basic toiletries were supplied. 5.The sunbeds were old and destroyed. 6.Towels and trash remain in the parking area. In general they tried to brough people to clean after several messages and to fix the mess.

The house is very big with large rooms, all rooms almost have toilet. The location of the house is very good it's very close to many facilities and restaurants. The organisation for all details was very good before the arrival.

The check in was at 16:00 but the cleaner left at 18:00! And it wasn't very clean So for the check out i ask if i could do it at 12:00 And they refuse it with the message say only no we can't and sorry for the delay check in! The check out is to early and only one person to clean the house from 11:00 until 16:00 ?

Unfortunately, the cons outweighed the pros. The villa is extremely poorly equipped; be prepared to buy absolutely everything for your visit, including essentials like toilet paper, soap, or dishwasher tablets. The outdoor BBQ grill does not match the one in the photos; it is cheap and barely usable, and there are no grill utensils provided. Cooking might be problematic as the only pan available is terribly scratched, so you may need to purchase your own to prepare meals. The hairdryer is not working at all, and the iron is barely functional. The water heater does not provide enough hot water for six people, even when left on for an extended period before showering. Additionally, the villa was poorly cleaned; we found trash lying around in the bathrooms, and some of the plates were dirty. The neighborhood is still under development and may feel sketchy at times; we didn't feel safe going out in the evenings. Moreover, there's a lack of privacy both outside and inside unless you're willing to spend time with the blinds closed. To add to our disappointment, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Even those in the group who are not typically light sleepers found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, we had a poor experience for the money paid.

The villa could be great if only it would be managed and taken care of properly. It's cozy and reasonably well located. There's a nice asian restaurant and a decent supermarket nearby.
