Can get a little loud inside the flat complex at night but you can't really blame the owner for this.

I was a solo traveller so did not venture out after dark. Lots of foreigners/immigrants about so just took sensible precautions.

The facilities were amazing. Smart tv,washing machine, cooker,microwave, oversized fridge freezer, iron, ironing board. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. A bit rough around the edges. However an upmarket appartment block looked great but the night time entertainment was so so noisy, so glad I didnt book there. The appartments were near to many facilities. Bus station, tourist spots and lots of mini supermarkets. A huge shopping mall within 7 minutes walking time. I would happily stay there again.

The building itself could do with some updating, and the outlook overlooking a dirty and unused pool was not the best.

Great location for the bus station. Ideal for a great value stay in Paphos. The apartment was clean with everything included that was required.

We arrived in the evening and there was no light in the staircase. There was no baking paper for the oven and some dishes were dirty. Also, it would've been a nice touch if there was adapter for socket, because in the other locations that we stayed in Cyprus there was adapters for EU devices. But a shoping mall was near, so we went and boght our own (it cost 2,50 eur).

Clean apartament, nice location. Parking spot on the street in front of the house. Easy to get in. Comfy bed, just extra pillows would be nice.

We couldn't find the hair dryer. You have to wait a little for the hot water but we got the instructions in advance so it was aright.

Location is near the center, 10 minutes of walking. Lidl is also near. Apartment is spatious and clean, you have there everything you need. Parking is free in the street across the apartment. WIFI and air conditioner are good.

The internet didn't work at all. Most probably the internet provider issue. There was loud sound from the nearby hotel (I guess), but it stopped at around 11:30pm. The apartment was on the 2nd floor and the elevator didn't work, might be inconvenient if you have a heavy luggage.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the sea. It's very clean and comfortable, has a nice balcony. The host is very responsive. The check in is very easy.

As we only stayed one night, can't comment on any issues. Take note the apartment is on the second floor & lift was out of order.

Location close to where we needed to be, as we were meeting friends at a hotel nearby. Close to the Mall, bars & restaurants. Small supermarket next door for basic provisions. Everything you needed in a self catering apartment. We only stayed one night & had a comfortable stay.

Some of the dishes weren't cleaned well and cafetiere still contained used coffee powder. It was also evident that shower glass hasn't been cleaned in a while since it had a lot of scale (mineral coating). The apartment also didn't have enough toilet paper and dish soap as we ran out of it after only one day.

Location of the apartment is really good - 20-minute walk to the coastline and a 30-minute walk to the old town. The AC also worked perfectly. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable. Fridge and freezer are very big. All in all, a good accommodation for the price.

Good location, but we had a rented car, so I am not sure if it is walking distance to the beach or to the city center - although, when it's 30+ degrees, nothing is within walking distance... It was quiet and nice, the owner responsive and friendly. Clean room, all facilities, but a little old, needs some upgrading. Also, the window blinds are not the best, we were up at 6 am because of the sunlight.

A bit noisy neighbourhood and the building overall look can be improved (even though this point doesn't affect the studio itself).

Quite convenient location, few meters far from the beach promenade and a lot of restaurants, pubs, etc.. The studio has been recently refurbished, it was spacious and has all the needed things to enjoy our staying.
