The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything, which is very convenient if you don’t have a car. It was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The building is a bit old, but the apartment itself is well-kept and comfortable. Overall, excellent value for money.

It is ten minute’s walk from the beach and ten minute’s walk to the Tombs of kings. Staff is helpful and kind.

If there is oil for cooking, that will be better.

I stayed here for just one night between connecting flights. It was easy to find my way from the airport, and the staff sent me a clear message with all the instructions. Very helpful! The place is also close to the bus station.

Was a very comfortable room fits all we needed. No problem for car parking and you can find good market just few meters!

Lovely balcony space, reasonably equipped kitchen, effective A/C unit, comfortable furniture and the photos accurately depict the space and amenities. Small/cozy space but very practical as a base for a stay spent mostly outdoors (or in our case as a quick last-minute option!).

The hallway/stairs feel run-down and not so nice to walk in at night, elevator did not seem safe and looked as if it may be broken?

Short taxi journey from airport. We landed after midnight and could still check in easily. The host was informative and accommodating. Very close to bus stop and a mini market.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment as a family of backpackers. It was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, perfect after long days of exploring. The apartment had everything we needed: comfy beds, a simple kitchen to prepare quick meals, strong Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, which was a huge plus for us! The location was excellent,quiet and safe, yet close to local eateries, convenience stores, and public transport. It made moving around super easy. The host was kind, responsive, and gave us helpful support during the stay. Highly recommended for families on a budget who want comfort without sacrificing convenience. We’d gladly stay here again!

The key padlock sometimes malfunction.

No reception .nobody to speak .nobody answer my messages. No elevator .we had to take up and down heavy luggage. No soap and shampoo for shower .no soap to wash hands after toilet .the bed is not comfortable. The building looks owful and very old and neglected. I and my my family are very disappointed and upset. We will never come again

The apartment is located in an area with excellent transport connections. It’s close to the sea, a shopping mall, and a public transport stop. I’d like to commend Roman for the well-organized check-in and check-out process — everything was arranged without the need for in-person contact. We received clear and comprehensive instructions. Additionally, Roman kindly arranged an airport transfer upon our request and checked in during our stay to see if we needed any assistance.
