Nothing, it was outstanding.

We LOVED everything about the property. The villa was exceptionally clean. Maria greeted us when we arrived and explained everything to us, she sent lots of really helpful info and checked in via message often, to check everything was okay. The pool was extremely clean and was a massive hit with our children. The villa had washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machines.

It was a lovely villa with everything needed. Maria was a lovely host and gave us loads of local facilities available and places to go etc. Beach within easy walking distance. Buses to Protaras on a regular basis but next time would probably hire a car.

Quiet location with a private street, excellent front terrace for breakfast and spacious interior. The cozy backyard with a swimming pool created the right atmosphere for an evening chill-out.

Maria, the host, is a very friendly and dependable person, she gave us information about the touristic attractions in the area, beaches, shops, restaurants. The house is located in a very secure area, very clean, spacious rooms, equipped with everything needed. The pool was great and it was periodically cleaned. The wi-fi worked very well, both inside and outside the house. We will definitely return.

Everything was great.

The property was in a residential place, a quiet area, gated comunity. It was perfect for our group of six. Everything was like in the pictures, very new and modern. We liked how easy it was to reach the beach, restaurants and shops. Protaras is a great place to visit the best beaches in Cyprus. We couldn’t loved it more. We also enjoyed the communication with Maria, a great host. She was always available and she gave us great reccomandations for our trip. The self check in went smoothly because Maria gave us all the detailed instructions. We will definetely come back and we already reccomanded the place to all our friends. Thank you Maria for everything!

Beautiful place to stay. The villa itself is spacious, nice location. Private pool and garden so perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily. Maria was extremely kind and helpful, making our experience even more delightful. If there were any problems with anything it was attended to immediately. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

Everything! It was a perfect stay! In a very difficult time in our life we had the most incredible experience at this villa! The place was immaculate, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making it feel like a luxurious retreat. The highlight, of course, was the fantastic pool, which provided endless hours of relaxation for me and my husband and fun for the kids. What set this villa apart, though, was the serenity and peace that enveloped the entire property. The whole neighberhood was so quiet and tranquil, making it the perfect escape from reality. The owner's hospitality was beyond compare. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was memorable, and her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel like cherished guests. Her recommendations for local activities and dining were spot-on, adding to our overall enjoyment. I can't recommend this villa enough. We are already counting the days until we can return and relive this incredible experience. If you're looking for a slice of paradise with a gracious host, look no further!

The pool and patio don't get much sun. The patio furniture could be a little cleaner.

Very pleasant welcome and useful tips (about the location and places to visit) from the host. Quite great location, near by the beach, some good bars and restaurants. Clean pool, the house has enought of space to feel comfortable, all necessary items are provided. All in all, a pretty good place to stay.
