Reviews of Pebble Beach Apartment

The apartment is in a perfect location. The beach starts with pebbles at the shore and then turns into soft sand from about knee-deep, which was ideal for us. The beach is mostly used by guests from the apartments, so it is never crowded. We had sunbeds and a shaded gazebo available at all times. The sea is just a few steps from the terrace, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was always available and very kind. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would gladly come back.

Not the owners fault but the road to the approach is currently being dug up so this makes the first impressions a little off putting The local beach bar has shut down and it seem a lot of the local area is on pause in terms of development There are some nice bars and restaurants about a 1 mile walk away and you do have the NextBike (rental bikes) just a few 100 yards from the apartment The front grass could do with a little better up keep And the amount of sun beds and chairs to the front is a little confusing, some beds and chairs belong to the other apartments and it’s difficult to figure out who’s are who’s Non of the above are major problems and again for the money it’s very good value

- cockroach in the rooms, I killed 3, one huge (adult children were afraid to walk on the floor...) - mold on the wall - unprepared premises, no gas, only turned on after intervention - no drinking water in the tap, only desalinated - apartment after closer inspection, neglected - the owner (or the person responsible) does not feel responsible for the above allegations. She stated that it was my fault, because I should have informed her. I will not go there again

We liked everything ♥️ The place is absolutely perfect amazing located just on the beach, and this is what we wanted. We also requested a late checkout and they happily acomodated us. Our host, thought we didn't meet face to face the communication was great and instructions to the point. We had a great time and we hope to return 🙏

around the apartment, there are street renovations everywhere. Only the sea side is beautiful. There is a police station on the other side of the street, and you can often hear the sound of a police siren

The view is amazing and it is right on the beach.

The communal yard looks awesome, but there are too many stacked, cheap, chained and rusting loungers and the grass is full of thorny barbs so you can not even walk on it. The area is not nice. There is a huge construction project in front of the building and the whole complex looks run down. When you drive in, you are greeted by two big trash bins which are off-putting. The smell of sewage permeates the air. The apartment is only a 10-minute drive to some excellent beaches/areas so make sure you have a car. The things that need improvement are: The front door was not appealing at all. (Mosquitos, stacked junk, and two old washing machines) Zero amenities were provided. (no hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) The kitchen has what you need but needs a dish-drying rack In the living room, the dining table is not comfortable and the lighting is very poor. (Bright led lamps or a very dim odd desk lamp.) What is with the one picture that is just some bugs? Very odd. Impossible to relax on that couch! In the bedrooms, the beds were hard and the pillows too thick but linen was ok. A/C worked well. The bathroom had nothing but toilet paper. We had to drive to the market to buy everything. The toilet is too close to the awkward sink. The shower was good. A brand-new-looking coffee machine was provided with no pods. Bought some pods at the market and they still didn't work. Waste of 8 euro there. We fell in love with the view and were looking forward to our stay but it was pretty disappointing. It was not a total horror show, but not worth the amount paid. Wish I paid more to stay near Finikoudes.

Location of the apartment is by the beach. When you are in bed can hear the waves and it is relaxing.

Unreal place, everything is like home, Mark is very helpful . We will definitely come back to this apartment more than once. Everything met our expectations.

The host Mark is very responsive and ready to help. We asked for an early check in and we got it. Even though we arrived eventually at the regular check in time of 3pm we do appreciate that we could. We collected our key in the key safe with a code which we received via whatsapp. The apartment is on the ocean side with very friendly and quiet neighbors . So it is perfect for people who prefer peace and still wants to be on the beach. There are two restaurants walking distance close. There are more choices within a few minutes of drive. There are two bedrooms and a huge terrace, therefore it suits greatly for bigger families. All ACs working fine. There is a hot water booster. Even though, we did not really need it. But glad that we could. The beds smell fresh and are very comfortable. Even though the road is very close but we had good sleep on both nights we stayed. We think the apartment serves well as the starting point of any trip on the eastern side of Cyprus. Almost forgot, free parking on site.

The apartment is a bit difficult to find. It might because of the road work that is going on now. The whole complex is opposite a fire station. This helps. The apartment we booked (No.3) is on the eastern corner of the whole complex. You must go deep down and pass all the neighbors to see the door (We were told in email there was a sign but gone with the road work). Outside of the apartment there is a washer and dryer. Both were covered by dirt (road work?). Anything to keep them from dirt would be good. The kitchen was not really clean if you look close. There was fat on the cooking field, there was food pieces left in the microwave and on the floor too. The water heater needs descaling. The cleaning lady did not take care of everything. However, we must say the bathroom and beds are very clean. All the issues we mentioned possibly due to our early check in request. On another day it might be a different pic. For example, when we arrived the grass was so high the view to the beach looked a bit rough. but on the second day the gardener came. Then we got the typical beach view we booked this apartment for. There are several broken sun loungers on the east side of the lawn. We could see them from our sea view window. Do not know why they do not repair or get rid of them. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms, but the guests before us left it locked. Luckily we did not really need it. Despite of all the above, this apartment meets our need.

The location was amazing! You are literally front of the beach, and the neighborhood was pretty silent, which was needed for a stress-free holiday. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mark was very helpful in everything, great hospitality. Thank you, Mark !

The view from the apartment was stunning. The house was clean and comfy, and the host was accommodating.

We loved our stay in the Seaview apartment! The flat is super well positioned right next to a nice beach (the bottom under water is sandy). This is the main reason why we got this flat and we really didn't regret it - we didn't even feel like exploring other beaches around the island ;-) The terrace in front of the flat is for the use of the flat only, and it offers a shaded as well as sunny area. The apartment had everything we needed, including a cooker, microwave, plenty of pots/pans, dishes, fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, big mirror. There is a parking outside the house too. Two wonderful seafood restaurants are right next to the house (30m and 100m), minimarket is within a walking distance, nice promenade along the beach (with plenty of outdoor fitness machines along the way) starts a few minutes from the house, and Larnaca is within 10 minutes' drive. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had a good pressure. Mark is a really warm host and the communication with him was smooth. He came around when we needed him, was always very friendly and also gave us great recommendations on where to go eat for excellent Cypriotic mezze ;-)

New doors will be apparently fixed to the apartment soon, which will ensure that the doors close more smoothly.

Stunning location on the sea

It was lovely and had a very homely feel. the host was also amazing and very responsive. There is a supermarket down the road and everything was within reach. I would recommend renting a car to make it easier to get around but everything was great. it is right on a beach and the views were amazing
