I would like to have a better matress - felt sinking and old, and the food is plantifull which is great, but just a little over average.

Because there were thousands of kids in the facility, staff were having problem cleaning everywhere. Restaurant had sticky chair handles and floor was full of knifes and forks children dropped. Non stop kid screaming.

Facility had everything needed for a family with kids. Not recommended for couples without kid. It feels like a kindergarten with swimming pool and water park. All inclusive feature is the best. You do not need to pay for anything. Rooms are big and spacious.

Excellent staff , any problem the staff have 24/7 patient. A bit of a problem with towels due to the massive amount of people. I'd bring extra if I had over 2+ children Absolutely beautiful resort , Almost NO COMPLAINTS

The 3rd bed (sofa bed) in the studios is not comfortable at all.

Great pools, fun guaranteed on the slides. Excellent meals (buffet), soooo much choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings in general.

Exceptional service! Since the hotel could not provide us twin beds that we have requested, we got an upgrade to a bigger 2 room apt free of charge! The people go the extra mile to make you enjoy the vacation. Food is on a five star level, 8 day stay, and we discovered new local delicacies daily until the very last day of our stay. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach of your choice in Protaras. The driver is very friendly and is always there to assist in exploring the surroundings. The rest of the staff also earned our respect and gratitude. Will visit again 100%!

The apartment I had didn't have a sofa in the living room but two beds for the kids, and in all honesty we didn't spend much time in there but that's the only niggle I've got with the place

Omg, where do I start with this place, from the minute I walked into reception till the second I left it was an absolute wicked holiday destination, I had my 2 children with me girl aged 12 and boy aged 3, they always had something to do and eat as my teo are fussy eaters! The staff were absolutely brilliant, the manager was so polite and went out his out way to greet everyone every day, the entertainment team 👏🏻 what a job they done from toddler upto adults were always entertained, absolutely would recommend this place and definitely would book again, absolute mega place for a family

Nothing really - pool games a bit unnecessary- minimal participants and maximum noise! Walk to town a bit longer than I would wish for; however the overall accommodation more than outweighs that.

- Parking car is always on the side roads as hotel hardly have parking bays for the guest & -Beach is a 20mins walk away - Gym can be a little better with more weights

- Entertainment is V. Good, 100% on this one - Our 1 bed apartment was cozy, air-conditioning worked very well - 3 water slides kept the kids engaged - 5mins walk to St Elias church, 350 steps up, nice cardio daily.
