I'm local and I know very well the area. The owner I'm afraid he must be stingy!! He owns the flat in this spectacular location and he bought the cheapest mattress he could find!! That's very bad!! Also I didn't like that he have no pater pressure pump for the shower! And the doors in kitchen and wardrobe are very old maybe 80s like the building. With very small amount to replace these few things and it's 5 star. So I'm not giving 10 for this flat even I enjoyed my 5 nights there!!

The little 2 hob top didn't get very hot and difficult to cook or fry anything...so mainly used the microwave...

The appartment overlooked the sea. It was a absolutely amazing view and so quiet you could not hear any cars. It was very spacious and comfortable with AC available. Lots of cafes..Ice cream shops just below and along the street... Easy access by lift to each floor. If I had any queries at all the owners dealt with it immediately. Would definitely go back again..

Personal preference here, the mattress was too soft for me, and the shower pressure was a little low.

The accommodation was perfect for what I wanted for my week in Larnaca. A good-sized apartment with a balcony, fair sized bathroom, living area/bedroom was large, kitchen had enough supplies for me to cook if I felt so inclined, I wasn't 😉 Close by are a good selection of Cafés and Restaurants, with a reasonably sized kiosk a couple of minutes walk away.

Very bad and old bathroom, hot water didn’t really work. At one hand it was great not to see personnel, but nobody took out trash for the whole week.

Great location, very comfortable and quiet place. Elevator to the beach was just excellent.

The aircondition was very slow the bath tab water took ages to vacate ( bath room needs renovation and detailed cleaning) inside kitchen cupboards are old - outside looks good ! broom / mop/ hanging cloths stand all need replacement they ate old and rotten

I know it’s a common thing in Cyprus for the pressure shower water to be weak but I’ve learnt to tolerate it, the hot water was somewhat lukewarm which is ok for summer but not ideal for winter

Superb location with amazing beach views, spacious apartment, great facilities with excellent wifi service, both Melina and Marios were extremely helpful and accomodating to my needs especially when I needed to extend my stay and I will certainly book the same place again. Everything I needed was within few minutes away, there’s an abundance of restaurants, ice creameries, kiosk (like mini supermarket) etc. All residents and staff from Macu cafe were very friendly and helpful too. The beach is at your doorstep, with sun beds and umbrellas and kids playground close by, I will oick this place every time I visit Cyprus 🩷

The apartment is very old, it’s not so clean, it’s smells not so good inside, I am sure that they didn’t clean it after the last tourist they only changed the sheets. They left the garbage inside the apartment, it was smelling horrible and we found it after 1 day, I found also one dirty rip under the bed. The stove doesn’t work and the air conditioning probably was never cleaned!

I recently stayed at this apartment in Cyprus, and my experience was mixed. While the location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and local attractions, the apartment itself left something to be desired. The building and the apartment are quite old and in need of some significant updates. The furniture and amenities were fairly outdated and not as comfortable as I had hoped. However, the prime location somewhat made up for these shortcomings, allowing me to explore the area conveniently. If the apartment were to undergo some renovations, it could become a great place to stay. Overall, if you prioritize location over modern comforts, this apartment could work for you.

The apartment is located right on the beach, at the beginning of the avenue full of restaurants, coffee places, and ice cream shops. The instructions from the owner were easy and clear. Super clean and pleasant place suitable for both family and business travelers, equipped with everything you might need, including the first aid kit. Each morning, we've got an opportunity to enjoy the sunrise. All in all, it's 10 out of 10.

It was not clean. Needs renovation. Sometimes awful sewer smell. Also saw some cockroaches. It's really hot in the morning.

Great location could not be closer to the beach. Also we liked the cat in the building.
