Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Cyprusthere was a bad smell in the apartment once we got in so we had to keep the windows open for some time. Also there were only bedsheets no blanket or quilt to use and it was quite cold at night with the air conditioning. But...Well equipped, perfect location and the host was very helpful and sent a technician to fix the air-conditioning in double room

CyprusThe apartment, the common areas including the lift were filthy. One toilet smelled of sewage. The sofa was filthy and stained, curtains filthy, kitchen equipment were dirty and the TV had ‘no signal’. There was damp on one wall. The furniture was old and in poor condition. This apartment is in serious need of renovation. Additionally, it is situated above a supermarket and the garage is filthy with an open gutter that smells, old furniture everywhere. At night the garage attracts all kinds of people and is unsafe.

A spacious property with perfect location- close to the beach, next to the pedestrian area with shops and coffee shops. We were pleased to find out that there were two separate bathrooms with WC in the app which is quite large. There are three bedrooms and a lovely hall. Air conditioners are working properly and cooling very well the premises. The kitchen box offers everything you may need for a short vacation. What is the most important thing about this property it is the location. The procedure for check in is very easy and well explained. We paid a damage deposit at the amount of 150 euro which amount was refunded shortly after our return. Thanks for the lovely stay! We will definitely come back!

LebanonWe should check in at 15:00, the maid was still cleaning she finished at 16:30 and i helped her, the apartment was in a horrible mess and very dirty. Beds aren’t comfortable . Very bad osor at the entrance of the building. The worst is that We paid for a late check out (17:00) after informing them about it, we received an email confirming the transaction for the late check out as the group received too. They called us at 13:00 to remove our stuff and leave. After a long whatsapp conversation, they were rude unprofessional, we had to leave the apartment at 14:30 with the kids and they didn’t pay back what was paid for the late check out. It was a first to me after several trips and bookings done. Definitely the worst and the most unprofessional apartment management

United StatesEntering the building is horrendous. It is in the back of a grocery store and restaurants. As you try to enter the elevator, it is simply filthy and smelly like a sewer. I do not think the area has been cleaned for a long time and neither has the staircase. I have the pictures as I was disgusted. I also found a used bandaid in my bed.
Spacious, Nice Kitchen, location, AC worked well.

United KingdomFloors could do with mopping before we arrived as it was hard to keep furniture clean with dirty feet. But this is only a recommendation not a big drama.
Great location, close to the beach and main strip, apartment was well equipped, great communication with property management. Good wifi and plenty of space for a family of 6.
