We had a lovely stay at the apartment! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the place was spotless with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. 🧳 Tips for fellow travelers: If it’s your first time in Cyprus and you're coming from the EU like us, be aware that they drive on the left side—just like in the UK—and they also use UK-style power sockets. 😅 We didn’t realize this beforehand and only had one adapter available in the apartment, which wasn’t quite enough for all our devices. So, take my advice and pack a couple of UK plug adapters with you! 🧼 Suggestion for the host: It would be great to have a mop available in the apartment for guests who want to tidy up between the scheduled cleanings (which are on Wednesdays and Saturdays). Just a small addition that could make a big difference! Overall, everything was fantastic—we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Our hostess, Eleni, was exceptionally helpful, kind, and always responded promptly to any questions we had—whether about shopping in the city or anything we needed in the apartment. She offered plenty of useful advice and even offered to lend us beach toys for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment was very spacious and quiet, making it ideal for families seeking a comfortable and unique experience—especially thanks to the large, beautiful balcony. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, clean, and perfect for families with children. A supermarket and public transportation were also conveniently close. Mrs. Eleni kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport, which we greatly appreciated. I truly hope to return to this place whenever I can in the future. Thank you for everything, Eleni!

Honestly, there was no air conditioning for the entire apartment, only for the bedroom. But It was truly excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit

It was our 2nd vacation in Sunbay apartments. Our family loves so much this place, where we actually feel like at home! We’re so grateful to the host Eleni for her constant care and kindness❤️❤️❤️It’s exceptional and priceless!!! Certainly we’ll be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Sun Bay Apartments! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable — it had everything from a kitchenette to a cozy terrace. A special thanks to Eleni, the host — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Her warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus!

A wonderful apartment where with the doors open you could always find a breeze to cool you without always needing the aircon. It was cleaned and linen and towels changed twice a week and very well equipped for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the bedroom worked very well for those very warn nights we experienced. One of the best value apartments we have used.

The shower head is probably ready for an update but worked adequately and there was always ample Hot Water. We will very happily stay there again and Eleni is an excellent host. Thankyou.

Is near to the beach side and the owner is very friendly.

No WiFi and need more lighting in the garden. Also maybe a little deep cleaning in the kitchen and for family with children’s cartoon on tv.

Loved the beautiful gardens where we could relax. Sunbeds at the front where we could sit in the morning sun and a courtyard at the back. It was only 10 minutes walk to the beach. And there was a v/g shop 5 minutes away. The same with bus stops. The apartment had everything you need and was comfortable and I loved the bright yellow curtains ect that reflected the sunshine outside. Would recommend for any1 wanting a peaceful relaxing holiday Carol and Tina

Sometimes it was a bit noisy with them getting the apartments ready for the season but I doubt that would be a problem once everything was up together. Eleni was very sweet and apologetic for any inconvenience. Nothing that would stop me returning again.

everything about this accommodation was fantastic. Elena was so helpful and the garden was amazing. We had our own private balcony which was very large and beautiful flowers. The location of the accommodation was good, close to the beach and the bus. we will recommend this accommodation to our friends and would love to come back.

Superb host. Spacious well equipped apartment, quiet location with generous outdoor spaces and lovely garden area 5 minute walk to CTO beach area, great bus service on Dhekalia Road again a short walk Cleaning service great Hired a car which was very useful ample parking around the apartment

No cable/English TV

The place was fairly large with a huge front porch. Overall cleanliness was nice, except for the lower kitchen cabinets. Cleaning is twice a week, which is quite nice.

Speaking of "seaview" is largely misleading - if you lean out far enough and look really closely, you are able to catch a glimpse of a tiny bit of water in the distance, This was a big letdown from what was promised. Lighting is really uncomfortable: only harsh bright ceiling lights in bare white rooms - it was like a hospital ward. Furniture is unmatching and clumsy, and makes the rooms too crowded. Not cozy at all. The lower kitchen cabinets were water damaged and smelled of mildew. Wifi was partially available in the bedroom. No mosquito screens, so if you want some air, it will come with flies.

Spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach and Dhekelia Road. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby too, so you do not need to go to town every time. I especially enjoyed the large terrace to sit in the evenings and enjoy the view. The apartment itself has everything you ever need for a short or longer term stay, and a nice homely feel. Eleni is a wonderful host, very hospitable and friendly. I will definitely stay there again anytime I am in Cyprus.

Nothing - everything was great

I would like to thank Eleni for a wonderful vacation. We stayed there in July with 2 children. The apartment is very clean, everything you need is there. Cleaning is done twice a week. The house is 7 minutes walk from the beach, very close. There are shops nearby. The beach is clean, lots of free sunbeds. The bus stop is 5 minutes away. We liked everything. I highly recommend!

5 min walk to the beach, really friendly and helpful owner

Eleni is the nicest lady, very kind, helpfull and amazing. She arranged the taxi for us, allowed us to do the early check in, and to leave our luggage longer at her apartment, because we had a late flight. Apartment is very spacious, has everything you can think of (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine etc). We had a huge balcony with sunbeds. Apartment was super clean and cleaning lady was coming twice a week. Local beach is very close (5min walk). Bus station is near as well (3min walk) from where you can go to Aya Napa (711 or intercity bus) and Larnaca (424 and 425). Supermarkets and restaurants are in a walking distance (around 10min maybe).
