The location might not be very convenient for international tourists: the nearest beach is in 15 minutes of walking. But: a) the views are fantastic b) if you rent a car, this is completely solved So, recommendation for a hotel: - make agreement with car rental companies or arrange collective tours (one day, shuttle); m.b. this is already done Recommendation for visitors: - have a car - you will unlock yourself to a huge variety of places in the region

Everything! Location, hotel, staff, drinks, buffet breakfast, cold towel time by the pool everyday, daily chocolates left in the room, the best beaches right at your doorstep and a very beautiful and easy walk into the main town of Protaras. The staff were so accommodating and kind, we truly had the best stay ever! These Aussies will be back!

This was the first time in my life I encountered a hotel policy requiring payment either in advance through their own link (not via Booking) or on-site strictly with a physical card. As someone who only uses a virtual card (and doesn’t have a physical one at all), I found myself in a very awkward situation right at the start of my vacation. What made it worse was that the staff offered no support — they simply said, “No, you can’t pay with a virtual card. No. Just no.” That’s not the kind of service I would expect from a five-star hotel.

The pools and the view are amazing, and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The room was nice and cozy, with excellent sound insulation — I didn’t hear any noise from the street

Spa facilities such as jacuzzi, sauna not available. You would expect that from a 5 star resort. Basement parking was extremely tight too, and with only one way in and out.

The soundproof of the hotel is not very good, our room was in the third floor and we could hear very clear the residents in the upper floor room. Even there footsteps.

Had an exceptional stay, hard to fault but if I had to say anything is the menu served by the pool could be more robust.

The location is very close to the Protaras strip, amazing check in staff, amazing facilities and the ability to pre-book your sun bed for the duration of your stay is very nice. Would definitely be back.

Ac weak and not working as you aspect Poor gym Spa is not spa You should ask to turned on the sauna and then you should wait until getting hot To quiet pool. The music is so low where ever you go. Feel a bit sad and too old

The food area for the breakfast service was a little small and quite congested whilst trying to get your choice's especially the omelette/egg station.

The sunbed booking system is inefficient and unfair. When we arrived and also on the next day 99% of the sunbeds were not available on the system, although plenty of sunbeds were free and not being used the whole day. Which means in general that some guests get the sunbeds they want and others not. Even when guests check out, the sunbeds would remain reserved on the system. I complained about it but noboday solved this nor offered anything for compensation. Very stupid system and poor service in this regard!!

The pool area is superb and the walk around the bay is great. There were a couple of staff at reception (dark hair) that didn’t have a clue about customer service . They gave incorrect information and were not friendly at all. They were not new staff either. The sauna was never switched on and I found the wellness area very basic. It was a low season service but at a very high price. The rooms were lovely and the restaurant staff were super nice ! I don’t think I would come back . I’d probably go to the Pearl hotel instead
