The location might not be very convenient for international tourists: the nearest beach is in 15 minutes of walking. But: a) the views are fantastic b) if you rent a car, this is completely solved So, recommendation for a hotel: - make agreement with car rental companies or arrange collective tours (one day, shuttle); m.b. this is already done Recommendation for visitors: - have a car - you will unlock yourself to a huge variety of places in the region

Good hotel , good staff and good entertainment

Everything! Location, hotel, staff, drinks, buffet breakfast, cold towel time by the pool everyday, daily chocolates left in the room, the best beaches right at your doorstep and a very beautiful and easy walk into the main town of Protaras. The staff were so accommodating and kind, we truly had the best stay ever! These Aussies will be back!

The room was modern and beautifully kept! The real highlight was how comfortable the bed was and how peaceful and quiet it was during the night.

The pools and the view are amazing, and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The room was nice and cozy, with excellent sound insulation — I didn’t hear any noise from the street

This was the first time in my life I encountered a hotel policy requiring payment either in advance through their own link (not via Booking) or on-site strictly with a physical card. As someone who only uses a virtual card (and doesn’t have a physical one at all), I found myself in a very awkward situation right at the start of my vacation. What made it worse was that the staff offered no support — they simply said, “No, you can’t pay with a virtual card. No. Just no.” That’s not the kind of service I would expect from a five-star hotel.

Serene as it was adults only. Food was top notch.

Spa facilities such as jacuzzi, sauna not available. You would expect that from a 5 star resort. Basement parking was extremely tight too, and with only one way in and out.

Everything, especially the excellent staff, and in particular the support given from the hotel reception, throughout our stay.

Very organized hotel with very friendly and kind staff always willing to help.

The soundproof of the hotel is not very good, our room was in the third floor and we could hear very clear the residents in the upper floor room. Even there footsteps.

The location is very close to the Protaras strip, amazing check in staff, amazing facilities and the ability to pre-book your sun bed for the duration of your stay is very nice. Would definitely be back.

Had an exceptional stay, hard to fault but if I had to say anything is the menu served by the pool could be more robust.
